Characteristics of the segment assembly method

It has the advantages of short duration, smalloccupied space, easy control for quality, high degree of mechanization andautomation, high utilization of templates, and it is applicable to large-scalefactory centralized production.

The new method has been widely used in bridgeconstruction at home and abroad.

Segmentprefabricated template consists of following components:

--fixed end model andbracket,

--side model and bracket,

--bottom model and trolley,

--inner model andtackle,

--matching girder(using moving end model for pier top parts and starting-ending piersegments).

The Fourth Bridge of NanjingYangtze River (Shibu bridge site) sits inside the Nanjing City, Jiangsu, whoseadministrative divisions are Qixia District and Liuhe District, the west isapproximately 12.5km to the Second Bridge of Nanjing Yangtze River, the east50km to Runyang Bridge, it is the important part of Nanjing Ring Expressway. The construction project of Tender E of this bridge approach contains the upperstructure’s construction of the south bridge approach and north bridgeapproach, using the short-term matching method to prefabricate and install boxgirders by segments. The south bridge approach is of 1489.6m, the north 1313m.The north bridge approach contains two parts: bridge approach which crosses theHuazi River and bridge approach which sits to the south of Huazi River. Thetotal length of the south and north bridge approach is of 2802.6m. ChinaTraffic Harbor Engineering Bureau II, Ltd undertook the task of prefabricationand installation of the segment girders for the upper structure. Started inOctober of 2009 and terminated in December of 2011. They made 20 sets of outermodels and 10 sets of inner models for segment assembled templates.

Q:what is CNC machinery?
CNC (Computer Numerically Controlled) Machines are programmed and controlled by computer so can offer very short set up times and the flexibility.
Q:Is there any law or regulation preventing an international company from importing used machinery to China?
do you mean exporting machinery out of a country into China?
Q:Is technology (phones, tv, internet, machinery) destroying human relationships and communication?
It's certainly not destroying human communication. In fact, in terms of breadth and scope, and in terms of the number of people an average person might communicate in the course of a day, it's increased human communication hugely. It is, however, causing a raid development in human communication. You note that we seldom seem to speak face to face anymore. That's certainly true, and yet how many more people per day do you think our ancestors spoke to face to face than we do today? As a percentage, surely a lot more, but in absolute numbers? I'd suggest about the same. We talk to more people, from much wider areas than our ancestors ever dreamed of. You note that people that we do talk to often are also using gadgets. I have been annoyed by this trend, but I think of it as a part of that evolution I mentioned before. We tend to multitask now, more than ever. I'm not sure that frenetic pace is a good thing, however. Finally, your draw a conclusion that we are now farther apart than ever before. I'm not sure I agree, and I don't see any evidence to support your conclusion directly. I have internet pen pals from all around the world, and in some ways, I think the ease of long range communication has brought us closer together than was ever possible before. I talk to people daily who have completely different takes upon world events, based on their culture and upbringing, and I think that variety of opinion is very enlightening. At any rate, we are having to evolve. Our modes of behavior, our traditions are changing, and while it styresses those of us who are comfortable with the old, traditional ways of doing things, in just a few short decades, most of us will be gone, and our children will be lamenting the changes they see.
Q:What are some examples of Nature VS machinery?
Heres a few I could think of. Salmon vs Hydroelectric dam Barnacles vs Boat Weathering and Erosion vs Road Rust vs Car
Q:Do USN Machinery Repairman get assigned with the Seabees a lot?
I was an MR assigned to NMCB 27. So yes, you would see an MR as a Seabee!
Q:How to make simple account for construction machinery rental?
Bank loans: other business income, while carrying costs: other business costs: accumulated depreciation
Q:Are you a cog in the machinery of the universe, or a maestro controlling all about you, or a passenger?
I'm between I'm in control of my life and finding happiness, and life is a puzzle that I'm putting pieces together, learning something new every day and I'm seeing the bigger picture! I think those two things go together pretty well.
Q:If men could build pyramids which today no man can copy without modern machinery then why can't you believe?
People tend to think that the ancient world had mediocre tools, but I have a theory that all the big tools used in the ancient past have either been destroyed by time or purposely destroyed to make way for new material usage.. Like all the houses that were built in the fifties were built using cranes and so forth but I bet you all the cranes used back then does not exist anymore and that was only fifty odd years ago much less 4000 years ago.. Most of the tools we find from the ancient past are basic tools that are mostly primitive, this is what you would find after a major catastrophe like Noah's flood, the survivors would start a fresh with what tools they could make from what resources they have to hand, giving us the impression that people back in ancient times were cavemen.. Good question..
Q:Importing used machinery from Canada to USA?
I believe you have to get the machinery past customs and you have to get import paperwork done.
Q:Is it possible to fly unhelped by machinery?
yes......like jumping off a stationary object but theres that little problem of landing
