it's your roof , not having a attic tells me it has cathedral ceilings and that alone tells me it's from the roof, the roofer is paid he's not going to fix it , it's your problem, i hope you have a workman contract warranty, and used a contractor with insurance , contact them and tell them where else can the water come from . cathedral ceiling, roof , nothing in between, even one exposed nail can cause this problem i have seen it there is a problem with the application of the materials to the roof , if it didn't leak before it was done and it leaks now is another tell tale sign it's the roof.
