Product Description:

Production Introduction:
JET series pumps have the advtanges and characteristic of self-priming pumps and centrifugal pumps. Water jet elements realize self-priming function.Pumps by the optimized design, have the advantages of bigger suction, high head, smooth operation, and reliable performance, which is the ideal tool for agriculture, and household, etc

This series pump is a new type of ideal economical household pump, and widely used in pumping water from well, increasing water pressure, garden irrigation, water supply for vegetable green houses, industrial mining enterprises and aquatic breeding fields etc.

Work Conditions:
The pump can work properly and continuously under following op¬erational conditions:
1.Medium is not corrosive. Sand contents should be max.0.10% by volume and granular size should be max.0.20mm.
2.Medium temperature shouldn’t be over 40℃and PH should be6.5-8.5.
3.Power frequency should be 50Hz,single phase voltage 220V, and voltage fluctuation should be 0.9-1.1 times than the rated.

Q:How many kilograms of water pump are there in the automatic washing machine on the market?
Longer service life. Automatic switch water pump, car wash automatically open and stop, easy to operate, not easy to bad, repair rate is low!!!
Q:What is cavitation, centrifugal pump cavitation phenomenon how to solve?
First, what is cavitation?:When the centrifugal pump shell has air, it produces less centrifugal force because the density of the air is much smaller than the density of the liquid. Thus, suction pressure at the entrance to the top of the tank liquid level and pump is bad enough to the liquid storage tank into the pump, the centrifugal pump self suction capability, the centrifugal pump can not transport liquid, this phenomenon is called "cavitation".When a liquid drops at a certain temperature to the vapor pressure at that temperature, the liquid produces a bubble. The phenomenon of producing bubbles is called cavitation. When the cavitation bubbles, flow to the high pressure, the volume of reduced, so as to burst. This due to the pressure of rising bubbles disappear in the liquid in the phenomenon called cavitation bubble collapse.
Q:What is the Rhodes pump?
Best answerRoots vacuum pump (referred to as: Roots pump) refers to the pump is equipped with two opposite direction of synchronous rotation of the leaf rotor, rotor, rotor and pump housing between the walls of a small gap and no contact with a variable capacity vacuum pump.Roots vacuum pumps have been tested for long time in the fields of petroleum, chemical, plastic, pesticide, steam turbine rotor dynamic balance and aerospace simulation, so it should be popularized and applied in china. It is also widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile and other industries. Vacuum pump fittings are used for noise control of vacuum pumps, vacuum pump silencers.
Q:What are the important parameters of the pump?
Because the lift refers to the effective energy, pump output unit of heavy liquid obtained from the pump so that the product of head and the mass flow rate and acceleration of gravity, is the effective energy output from the pump in unit time of liquid -- effective power pump:Pe= P gQH (W) = QH (W)In the p - density of liquid pumping (kg/m3);Gamma - pump heavy liquid delivery (N/m3);Q - pump flow (m3/s);H - pump lift (m);G - gravitational acceleration (m/s2)The shaft power P and effective power Pe is the difference of power loss in the pump, the size of the pump efficiency to measure the efficiency of the pump. As the effective power and shaft power ratio, with ETA said.
Q:Suction stroke and lift of water pump
The absorption process is also called the "largest self-priming height" (also can be understood as "the degree of self suction). Micro pumps do not add water at the circumstances, can automatically water suction pump up the maximum height (the vertical distance from the pump to be pumped from the mouth of pumping liquid).Generally lower than the water pump positioned equal when there is self-priming pump required capacity. For example, outdoor tourism, need to extract the water in the river, with the best micro pump self-priming ability (impossible to people ran to the river water inlet pipe with water. It) or pumping the liquid corrosion, easy to add water and so on occasions.
Q:How to distinguish the flow and displacement in the hydraulic pump? What's the difference between the two?
The unit of displacement is the milliliter. How many milliliters does the pump rotate per circle? The displacement is the pump, the individual,The unit of flow is generally a liter, a figure added to the displacement of the pump over a period of time,
Q:Roots pump and dry pumpRecently, the work involved in the vacuum pump, do not understand this, is a ads602 vacuum pump
Here the roots pump and dry pump must be used, because the roots pump is not used alone, and must be a stage vacuum pump (pre vacuum pump can be dry pump, water ring vacuum pump and rotary vane vacuum pump can be, you here with dry pump series)
Q:Pump unloading in hydraulic transmission,
Unloading water, from the literal interpretation is along the pump, leakage of water seal through the head, the water with certain pressure (even with relief effect seal). The water as the working quality is asked to be recycled, now the design of some use it as a water seal, and others by direct recovery, but eventually recovered.
Q:Difference between pump and compressor
Working principle:The impeller is installed in the pump casing and is fastened on the pump shaft 3, and the pump shaft is directly driven by the motor. There is a liquid suction in the center of the pump shell, and 4 is connected with the suction pipe 5. The liquid through the bottom valve 6 and the suction tube into the pump. The liquid discharge port 8 on the pump housing is connected with the discharge pipe 9. Before the pump starts, the pump shell is filled with the liquid to be transported; after starting, the impeller is driven by the shaft to rotate at high speed, and the liquid between the blades must also rotate. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown from the center of the impeller to the outer edge and obtains energy, and leaves the outer edge of the impeller at high speed to enter the volute pump shell.
Q:What are the application areas of pumps?
Water pump has different uses, different transmission liquid medium, different flow, lift range, therefore, its structure form is not the same, the material is also different, summed up, can be roughly divided into:
