If you are looking for something mentally easy then refer to the above comment aboust Walmart. Each field will require some training, the schooling for HVAC and Electrician is going to be more mentally demanding in terms of theory. I would imagine that learning how to operate heavy construction machinery would likely be heavy on safety and total hours of training. There is a large amount of safety training for HVAC and Electrical work as well but its an entire different world compared to operating construction machinery.
