- Q:I have a Acer Aspire 3000 labtop. Everytime I remove my battery pack, the mouse, keyboard, USB port, etc. works without freezing (like factory setting). Whenever the battery pack is put back in, the mouse, keyboard, USB port, etc. freezes up and I cant shut down the computer or work the touch pad. I did a full factory recovery on it, put the battery pack in, and it STILL freezes up. Theres nothing wrong with the computer its self, its just the battery pack. Whats wrong with my battery pack? Why is my computer rejecting it?

- It has to be a battery pack specifically designed for that controller otherwise it won't fit.
- Q:If you get on OKorder and look up Task Force 12v battery packs, people are selling those 10-20 times CHEAPER than the Dewalts etc. Look, all of these have the same 'c' size Ni-Cad batteries in them. You simply take the case apart and remove the array of batteries. Then you can take a low wattage soldering iron and some solder (flux core is easier to get to stick). Just use nyour basic common sense to immitate the configuration of the pack you want to replace. Another trick I came up with was to take a vacuum cleaner hose repair- heat shrink tubbing wrap ( Hesco inc. dot com) and put enough batteries in it to equal 9.6 volts and carefully attached a Male (-) / Female (+) connection plug. Now on my Dewalt battery charger I put the correspondingly opposite Male (+) / Female (-) plug. Then on the back of my 9.6 volt Dewalt drill I put a smaller vacuum cleaner belt looped where the normal ( and expensive) OEM battery would plug in. This loop of strong rubber is what holds the battery.

- Make it from 6 AA rechargables hooked up in series :) I do it all the time.It will be smaller in size but it will work well.
- Q:I have 3 Phottix battery pack for my 3 Canon Speedlite 600ex-rt and I am wondering about getting a full charge out of them. When I am charging them up after a while the red light will turn green showing that they are done charging, but if I unplug them for a second or two and plug them back it the light will be red again for another 10 minutes or so. - No it is best to charge until the light changes green and leave it at that. Many rechargeable have memories and the frequent charging cuts done on the entire life of the battery. It is best to use that age old rule regarding batteries--------READ THE MANUAL.

- 10 string is to put the three batteries together in a whole. Take 10 of these 3 and together with the battery to its positive and negative connected together so that it became a three and 10 string battery pack.
- Q:i found a couple of package deals, some with the battery pack and some without. do you need the battery pack for the wii to work or can it work with it? also if it is an addition what does it do?
- The Wii fit board uses batteries. The battery pack is for the board, you can play without it by using disposable batteries but if you play it everyday as you should you'll burn up a lot of money on batteries. I would get the battery pack. I have one and there is no telling how much money it has saved me.

- Q:I let my irresponsible-as-hell little sister borrow my 360 so she could watch a DVD. (I'm never doing that again btw), and low and behold, the battery pack thing that goes in the back of the controller is gone. I know you can't play it with just batteries and tape, but I sure as hell ain't gonna dish out 50$ for another controller (which is ridiculous btw), so is there anywhere I can buy another one of those battery pack things to use with the controller, and if so, how much do they cost?
- Either you can buy a cheap battery pack, or I found a useful method. If you have an Xbox 360 charger for the controller, try plugging it in even without the battery pack, I found that it works fine. I use this method when I lose my battery packs.
