Straight seam welded pipe/seamless pipe hydrotester mainly is usedto have the pressure testing on the straight seam or seamless welded pipe withthe external diameter airproof and large gas airproof. The pressure isgenerally 70Mpa. The Maximum pressure can reach 130Mpa. It has the functions ofcomputer recording, storing, printingand testing theresults. Its advantages are high efficiencyhigh testingpressure, and high safety.

 

 

Main Features of JZ1600 Slitting Line Description

 

This is machine is applicable to the hydraulic pressure test of steel pipe. It is mainly used to do pressure test with recording ,storing ,printing and testing in the computer .The equipment  is using the PLC programming control for oil water balance, operation platform equipped with touch screen operating system and liquid crystal display (LCD) screen.This machine is one of the hydrostatic pipe testers , which is for a single piece test, four tension-beam, end plane sealing, low-pressure pump filling water, booster pumps pressurized and equipped with PLC systems, computer display and print records system, applicable to the hydraulic pressure test of steel pipe in line with API 5L standard and even high grade.
