- I had the same problem with my samsung intercept. Sometimes it was on the start up screen for an hour or two, and sometimes it was on the start up screen for a whole day. Honestly there are no tricks to solving this problem, just luck. You can take out the battery and try rebooting it again. You can wait till it just finishes going through its process, and make sure its charging so it wont die. Or you can send it back to virgin mobile for a new one. After it was charging for a day or two, I send my phone back to virgin for a new one.

- im not sure about the iphone coming out with a new one this year but one thing for sure is sony ericsson xperia x1 is using WM maybe version 7.0 also an interesting phone to look out for would be samsung f480, nice touch on the interface. and theres also the nokia n96, which is going to be loaded with features again, unfortunately, the UI of the Symbian s60 is kind of boring now compared to xperia and f480.

- In reallity you can't ban cell phone use in motor vehicles. If you tried you would probably have to change you address, Identity, SSN, and gender or else you will have angry mobs of people trying to hunt you down and kill youBut seriously I think that people shouldn't talk and drive.
