Fiber Optic Inverter

The Fiber Optic Inverter is made of the optical fiber Plate as the blank plate, which is torsioned by secondary heating. In addition to all the characteristics of the optical fiber, because the input and output ends of each fiber are torsioned 180° relative to the axis of the device during the torsion process, The image can be reversed by 180° to realize the inverted image, which is the key component of the miniaturization of the image intensifier.

Anti-veiling Glass

Anti-veiling Glass is a special key material for optical fiber imaging. It has high transmittance to ultraviolet, visible and near-infrared in the effective area, and a high-efficiency absorption layer with a non-reflective interface should be formed around it to absorb efficiently. The layer is processed by a special process on the surface of the glass substrate, and has strong absorption characteristics for stray light, so it can eliminate halo and improve image clarity.

Fiber Optic Plate

The Fiber Optic Plate is made of tens of millions of optical fibers with a diameter of 4~6μm regularly arranged and fused. As the basic imaging unit of the optical fiber Plate, the optical fiber is drawn at high temperature by the outer glass of low refractive index and the core glass of high refractive index. This material is mainly used in image intensifiers as input and output window elements for images.
