Properties:
Manganese has a melting point of 1245oC,specific gravity of 7.2.Ordinary manganese is a hard and brittle gray-white metal .It is chemically reactive and slowly decompose cold water. Manganese metal is ferromagnetic after special treatment.
Introduction
Electrolytic manganese metal flake is with silver gray metallic luster, hard and crisp, melting point 1245, boilling point 1962, with strong oxidation-reduction capacity. Specific gravity is 7.2. In comparison with metal manganese made by elctric warming, the electrogenerated mental manganese is of higher purity, superior quality and wider application.

- Metal working is, generically, the permanent deformation of a piece of metal. Can be done many different ways. Hot working is defined as working the metal at the recrystallization temperature (the temperature at which a cold worked structure will be fully recrystallized in 1 hour). As a rule of thumb, the rexstal temp is one half the absolute melting point for pure metals (the homologous temperature). This rule of thumb can be off significantly when you are dealing with alloys, particularly highly alloyed compositions. In these cases, the alloying can increase the recrystallization temperature and, therefore, require higher temperatures to achieve hot working. Hope this helps.
- Q:I have some thin sheet 'tin' metal I believe I bought from home depot. I'm trying to make some sheet metal panels with a patina on it. Does anyone know what the sheet metal at HD is made out of and can you oxidize or put a patina on it? If not, is there a certain type of sheet metal I can buy that would work for a decorative patina?
- Generally Black Metal fans are open to experimentation (but that doesn't stop them from being elitists) I've seen some Black Metal fans complain about bands mixing Black Metal with punk, techno, etc. They say DSBM, Blackgaze is gay. I'm not sure Nu Metal fans like change/experimentation. When it comes to elitism, Black Metal fans are the worst. On the other hand, Nu Metal fans are constantly being bullied by other metalheads. They don't even get a chance to be an elitist. Even some of the most open-minded black metal fans will treat you differently because of some bands you listen to. Never mention you listen to Dimmu Borgir to BM elitists. I repeat 'never' unless you want death threats! I crave for experimentation in music. I really don't get why some people want to listen to same old sound.

- Power Metal - I have respect for bands in this genre, especially the male singers. Like Metalcore however, I find that most Power Metal bands blend together after a short period of time. Death Metal - LOVE IT! Black Metal - Love it, especially Symphonic Black Metal like Old Man's Child and Vesania. Thrash Metal - I have to be in the mood for most Thrash Metal, but Lamb Of God are great. Metalcore - Every band is the same. Boring. Doom Metal - Bands like Virgin Black and Draconian rule this sub-genre. I definitely like the Gothic Doom Metal bands more. Deathcore - Only TBDM and Job For A Cowboy, everything else is just the same. Stoner Metal - A little more variety needs to be present in this genre. Groove Metal - I don't listen to a lot of GM, but it is definitely interesting.

- Death metal is a sub-genre of heavy metal. The production is very heavy with a thick guitar and bass sound. Songs are usually very fast with aggressive riffs and complex arrangements. Some bands are more melodic, technical, brutal, etc. Death metal grew out of thrash metal in the mid 80s and basically the difference is thrash is rawer and death metal is heavier and more aggressive.
