- Q: I usually iron them when I want to wear them but it would be easier if I ironed a lot at a time. What works best for you?
- I iron right before I wear it. I have small closets and if I iron it before I hang it up it tends to get wrinkles again anyways! Sometimes if I am being lazy and it isn't too badly wrinkled I just toss it in the dryer on low heat for 5 minutes then hang it up while I take my shower. That works most of the time :)

- You can't really do that. You can get a little flip, like you're saying, but not a full curl. Try flipping it like you are, and putting some hair spray right before and right after, and it might hold up better. For a real curl, just go spend like $10 or $20 somewhere like Target, or Walgreens, etc for a curling iron, which will be better.
- Q: I heard that leaving food with tomatoes or tomato sauce in cast iron cookware too long is not good. I like cooking with cast iron, and am intrested in any infor you can provide
- What you have heard is true. It's the same with aluminum cookware. Tomato products have natural acids that eat into cookware. It is fine to cook them in any type cookware but should not be kept an extended period of time. I use my cast iron a lot but transfer tomato based dishes to another container after cooking.

- iron deficiency; another words Anemia. It means that your body loses more red blood cells. It just means you need more iron in your body. I suggest you go to the doctor and see how low of an iron you have in your blood. Maybe it is low enough where you must take iron supplement. On the other hand, you can just eat more foods with iron in them. Like liver, lean meat, sea food, and anything green. Spinach is very rich in iron. Usually people with Anemia feel weak and tired all the time. I have Anemia (Iron deficiency) for two years now.
- Q: The pediatrician of my 10 month old baby girl has given her an Iron supplement,which I have been giving her for a week now. I would to like know if this is ok since I‘ve been giving my baby iron-fortified Nestle cereal and been breastfeeding her since birth. Would this cause an Iron overload to my baby girl?
- It is not possible to get iron overload from iron-fortified foods. The supplement if give in the correct doses is perfectly safe to give her. If she is getting it from the cereal and you feel it unnecessary to give her the extra supplement, stop giving it to her or stagger it over every other day instead. I didn't give my daughter the supplement for more than 2 weeks, I also breastfeed her. Some docs think that just because you breastfeed that long (more than 6 mths) that your baby is somehow lacking something. Do what you feel is best and don't worry about it :O)

- I think we did this experiment at school, i think it was Distilled water - no rust Tap water - very rusty Chemical - Slightly rusty pretty sure that's right, if not, i'm sorry. :)

- Meteoritic iron would also have nickel and other metals, so the iron would be an alloy of stores. An alloy is stronger than just iron. Also, meteoritic iron would be lying around on the surface of the ground, it wouldn't have to be mined.
