- Too much iron can be very bad for you.iron supplements are dangerous if taken to excess. Focus on getting it in your diet instead. Spinach, curky kale and broccoli baked beans (a half can provides quite a lot of iron) branflakes Dried apricots, prunes and figs (great for snack attacks) blackstrap molasses (sweet, sticky by-product of sugar products.lots of vegetarians take a couple spoonfuls of this a day for iron and other stuff. You'll either love the taste or hate it) tofu red lentils brown rice sesame and pumpkin seeds (sprinkle a spoonful of raw seeds over salads, soups, and your evening meal) dark chocolate (don't use this as an excuse to go on a binge lol) Also get lots of vitamin C as it helps iron absorption in the body.

- Possibly the ironing pad if its a metal ironing board, sometimes the board if old has rusted. If its a new iron then its probably not that. Change the pad on the ironing board. It could possibly be your washer or dryer, sometimes the buildup from hard water with lots of minerals remains in the washing machine, run some white vinegar through the washer with hot water, alternatively, fill the washer and add two cups of so of vinegar and let it sit for a few hours, then let it run through. If its your clothes dryer, wipe the inside out, spray with vinegar, wipe out again. Fabric softener sheets sometimes leave a residue inside the clothes dryer.

- Perhaps you need more vitamin C to help absorb more iron. Most nuts contain plenty of iron and liver even more. Red meat is a good source of readily absorbable iron and there is also a reasonable amount of iron in bread, cereals and muesli. Oysters and mussels are also rich in iron. Spinach and broccoli contain some iron as well.

- Iron Horse is a pretty good brand. I looked into buying a n Iron Horse Warrior Comp a few years ago. Decided to go with a Trek 4900 instead. I don't think I made a bad choice.
