LED chip testing: when getting led chip, we will test lumen, CCT, CRI (random lot testing)

Entire lamp with driver aging testing: They will be aged 24Hours (every lamp).

Impulse Voltage Testing: after 24hour aging testing, 2 hours impulse voltage test, which is switch on 2seconds and off 1 second. 20 times / minute (every lamp)

Dimming Testing: we will test the products with different brand Australia dimmer, such as Clipsal, HPM, Lumex and so on (random lot testing )

Whole lamp optoelectronic testing: after Impulse voltage testing, we will do optoelectronic testing to test lumen, CCT, CRI and PF.(random lot testing )

Lighten Testing, before lamp are packaged, we will light them to make sure each one is good before lamps leave factory(every lamp)

• Packing: Offer delicate good quality neutral color box even for samples; according to your requirement, can make color box with your company logo for more than 500pcs

• Dimmer:  Dimmable with most branded Leading edge, trailing edge&Universal dimmers, including Clipsal, C-bus, HPM; Dimming range is from 3%-100%

Test report showed photometric data:

• CRI>82; PF>0.92; Light eff>87lm/W

Certificates:

SAA/C-TICK/CE/RoHS and SAA for the driver; LCP/TM21/LM79/LM80 available; LCP is very important for goverment project
