I was gonna make some grilled potatoes(chopped).but theres a shiny side, and a dull side.i dont know if i should put the potatoes on the shiny side, or on the dull side(with the shint on the outside).or is there even a dif?? btw, i butter the inside so it doesnt stick:) help plz.
The way I have always done it is with out foil, on a cookie sheet with a rock salt bed, wash the potatos, rub with oil a sprinkle of salt and pepper and put them in a 350 oven for 45 mins or til fork tenderI like my skin crispy thoughFor a potato packet on the grill, take 2 sheets of your foil fold together lenght wise so they form one big sheet of foil, spray the DULL inside portion of your foil with cooking spray and add your diced potatos, season how you will, add a nob of butter or butter of choice,Fold the foil around the potatos and squeeze the sides shut so they basicly steam insideBake/grill til fork tender, and enjoy
I have removed everythingWhich was really not a lotFreon was already safely discharged. The AC unit is from about 1990 (made by Trane)I have the coils, the copper tubing, the compressor, the fan, and the housing all separated (Wires and small amount of electronics removed). These are my questions:Is the compressor worth scraping? What type of metal is it?The housing worth scraping? How do I know what type of metal it is?I am guessing the coils are aluminum and worth scraping correct?I googled for information but found a lot of unnecessary info that was not really helpfulLike quot;how to take apart a window AC unitquot; when I google quot;how to scrap an air conditionerquot;I must have checked out at least 5-10 pages and then I just get confused and sidetracked. Thanks in advance - please feel free to include additional details you feel may be helpful.

Can I make this casserole in a cake pan?
Yeah, you can make it in that cake pan, no problemJust take a paper towel and do a light rub with canola or olive oil around the inner sides and bottomThis will help prevent the rice from sticking to the pan and damaging the non-stickAnother user suggested using PAM spray in itwhile that sounds like a good idea, you don't want to do it, especially not in a non-stick cake panCooking sprays when baked actually cause a lining to form on your pan (nearly impossible to clean off) and will ruin the non-stick propertiesDefinitely stick to using oilUnder ideal circumstances, I would recommend not using your cake pan to cook other foods in it thoughCooking foods other then breads and batters in those pans can potentially (doesn't mean they will, but they can) ruin the pan for the intended purposeThis sounds silly, but you could always make an insert for your casserole using aluminum foil to make it smaller. If you have a cast-iron pan, or oven-safe pots, that would be another option.

If you are planning to use worsted weight yarn then size 6 would be a bit tightSize 15 would need 2-3 strands and you can get a nice tweed by using different colors held togetherSince a blanket does not have to fit to a certain gauge all you need to do is find a pattern you like, make a sample swatch of the stitch, then decide how many stitches you need to work it onExample: using the needles and yarn you have chosen, if each repeat of the design measures 4 and you want the blanket 60 then just multiply the number of stitches in one repeat by 15.
