Make sure that the pipe that leads outside isn't frozen. Had this problem last year. The pvc pipe leading outside had frozen on the inside. I had to put a blow dryer in it for a few hours. If that can't be the problem I would call a HVAC guy. Be prepared to pay though. They aren't cheap.

I'm in an apartment, and have been having trouble with my toilet fill valve. I had a leak into the tank which necessitated me turning off the toilet valve several times, and I guess that loosened the nut on that valve a bit, because I got drips coming out of that valve onto the floor. Instead of calling maintenance, I decided to try and fix it myself, and took a wrench to the nut on the toilet valve. I turned it and stopped the leak, but I also turned the toilet valve about a centimeter to the right, meaning that it pivoted about a centimeter clockwise in relation to the wall. I have no outward signs of a leak inside the wall, nor can I hear any leakage, but I'm just concerned that I may have damaged the piping in the wall somehow, and that it might be dripping or leaking without me knowing it. yes, they are usually done with pretty much the same thing as pvc cement. Some, use compression fittings. if there are nuts on the ends, it is probably compression fittings. easiest thing to do is cut the pipe close as possible to the fitting, then just install a new one. hopefully, there is enough slack in the pipes to allow you to do this.

Just dry fit everything first. Get the pipe up to about where you want your hole and mark where it terminates. Now drill your hole and make sure everything lines up. Once it all fits mark the pipes and fittings with marker. Now when you glue just line up the markings and you should be good. That pipe is easy to work with.

Quick history I am remarried to DD stepdad for 3 months.was seperated from her dad for 2 years.we moved in with stepdad after the wedding, about 3 months now. When I was in school in the 70's I never did that although I had friends who did - some of the things that I did were maybe worse in a way although still just kid pranks and nobody ever got hurt and there was no property damage. If and when the school found out who you were you were suspended for at least a week , probably 2, no if's and's or but's. Sadly nowadays we live in a different time and on campus pranks are not tolerated well at all. I've heard that a false alarm is a lower class felony and some schools have even considered it a terroristic threat, maybe this is incorrect? I don't agree with this but it's the world we live in. In my opinion the school did over react but it's pretty much predictable. Most schools nowadays have a zero tolerance policy in order to keep peace within the schools which in light of what happens now may not be an entirely bad thing. Ultimately I think that a polite but firm letter to the school board as well as principal and possibly a visit with an attorney may be what is needed for a lighter sentence but remember that the school pretty much can do as they please on this and many will support it. Schools don't like scandal so they may tone it down a bit if you are willing to make a fuss and yet compromise, just be realistic in your requests. All I know is that I was far from a bad kid but I'd end up in prison nowadays for doing what were silly pranks back then. Best of luck!
