FAQ

I bought a battery pack a few months ago, and it worked fine up until about a month ago. I went to turn the controller and console on using the controller one day and it just stopped working. This past Saturday morning, I went and picked up a new battery thinking it was the other battery pack. The new battery pack is charged, according to the play and charge cable LED indicator light. The controller still will not turn on without being plugged into the Xbox using the play and charge cable. The thing about all this is that when i put the standard AA battery pack in, the controller work fine.Anything I can do to fix this, SHORT OF BUYING A NEW CONTROLLER!!! Thanks!
You know inside of the little piece you snap it onto, there are springs and a little golden about 5 bar piece for the rechargable? Well yah, you burned out the 5 bar piece on the controller itself, that's all. I'm pretty sure you can get it replaced for $10.
i have a Sony cybershot camera and recently, one of its two batteries wont charge when placed on the charger. i put the second battery on the charger and it worked fine, so i dont think its the charger. the first battery (that wont charge) was left in the camera for at least a few months, so im not sure if thats the problem. i have left the batteries in it before with no issues so i dont know why it would be an problem. also, the battery is fairly new(er). its a type G. help?
Sony G Battery
I have 2 normail battery chargers and I was wonder if you can charge the wireless controller battery packs with these normal battery chargers.
no because you know that thing came with the controllor with the 2 aa in it thats how big the thing is its not aa batrrys just buy a play an charge kit only 20 bucks 20-30 hr per charge an you can charge it on your pc if you like at night
I have a Kin 2 phone by verizon and it has purple x's on the battery pack. Does the purple x's mean water damage or not???
Yeah it means water damage. That way if you try to bring it back and replace the phone, they'll know how you ruined it.
Here are links to pictures of my Worx Battery (18V 1.7Ah) and its accompanying charger unit. The battery is for the Worx 10-inch 18V Cordless Grass Trimmer
You could do what a lot of radio control guys do and build yourself a simple bulb dis-charger. I don't know where you can find bulbs that can handle 18 volts. I would think most automotive bulbs would burn out @ 18 volts, but it doesn't hurt to try. You need to remember that the bulbs will get hot. I have seen way better examples of a bulb dis-charger, but this will get you started.
If the lithium-ion batteries fail, inflight
they have ratings on the side i.e. agrease fire bsomthing c for somthing else i cant remember them all but the most effeicent one is ABC
I already know why because I put in new batteries and it wouldn't come on. On the back where they have a little metal piece mine isn't up all the way it went back so i had to tamper with it until i got it working again and it only does it when is lets loose or when i take the battery pack out and my white remote sucks because my little brother would get mad and throw it on the bed or hit it hard when i killed him on COD Black Ops.
Well if it's the rechargeable pack it might've died/broken. They last about 3-4 years, when their time comes they eventually ware out and don't work. Buy some new ones
I am thinking if the bike comes with SLA batteries of 10Ah, I could cheaply make a NiMH pack with 2Ah (bunch of AA cells) to boost performance. I am thinking of connecting it parallel to the SLA batteries (+ to +, - to -). I am thinking this will slow the discharge rate on the SLA and also reduce the depth of discharge, causing the SLA batteries to have much a longer life cycle.
Never tried it, and not sure what sla is, but I don't think it'll reduce the depth of discharge. Might slow it down, though.
