You should follow a regular sleeping schedule. ie;Go to bed at 10:00 and rise at 6:00 that is an 8 hour sleep. The brain processes the day the first 4 hours and rests the last 4 hours. Your brain must be healthy too, it has to know to function. If you sleep too much or too little--you feel terrible.

Q:I had a kitten and bought her toys and a cave bed and she got an infection and died, i just got a new kitten and i washed the old toys but didnt do anything with the bed, when i put the new kitten in the bed she hisses, is that normal? Should i wash the bed first?

Yes you might want to try washing the bed. Your new kitten is probably hissing because she smells your old kitten on the bed. But then again, if your old kitten had an infection and was lying in that bed, it might not be safe for your new kitten to sleep in! I would advise buying a new bed altogether but if not, definitely wash the old one first.

That bedding should be fine for them. Just a little advice. Rats or anything can get lice, fleas, and mites from bedding bought in a store. This comes from the bedding when it is stored in the warehouses. If you put the bedding in the freezer for 24 to 48 hours it will kill anything in it and solve this problem. Hope this helped.

Q:If I steam every inch of my room with a steamer, as well as clean all my clothes, will I get rid of every single bed bug? if you steam your room, you will kill all the bed bugs you contact, the problem will be it is doubtful you will hit every bug, so doing it daily for a week straight will give you a good chance of getting them. I am not sure if the shark type steamer will put out the volume for good results.

Not great- they WILL damage your skin( I know you hear it over and over) but its true, they are truley horrible for you. They go deep down in your skin and harm your cells- they are even worse than tanning outdoors. They dont always work anyways, if you dont tan outside you wont tan in a tanning bed- you will burn. Try self tanners or gradual self tanners for a more natural look. I recommend Dove Energy Glow, it looks so natural, im on my third bottle already! Its cheap, smells great and works! Good luck

Bed bug bites can indeed look like mosquitoe bites. My boys had a bought with them not long back. Those little critters are extremely hard to get rid of. We wound up throwing out everything, beds, furniture and all just to get rid of them. Google bed bugs so that you can get infomation on what to look for. Good luck to you.
