Eating before bed is really a bad habit. However, if you need to stay up late and feel hungry, then fruits plus some cereals is good for you. And remember do drink a lot of water if you stay up late. You will not feel so exhausted as compared to not drinking. There is a description for fruits eating as I read from newspaper. Eating fruits at morning is gold, eating fruits at afternoon is silver, eating fruits at evening is blonze.

You must now arrive in bed earlier than him. If that doesn't work, have some great sex and end up on his side of the bed. This way, he gets the first wet spot and the original side of the bed.

No bed bugs are not dangerous they feed off or blood and if you got them wash ever thing you can bed bugs do not go but you can kill them bed bugs well lay eggs and get bigger but remove every that like carpet couches and beds if you have bed bugs

However this method of getting rid of bed bugs is almost illogical as most people do not infest their beds with red ants just to kill bed bugs.
