Burners of this type are mainly used to provide heat for Catalyzed Unit Startup of Auxiliary Combustion Chamber, which can be stopped using after startup. As fuel, diesel oil and fuel gas can be used singly or combinedly. The positive pressure at Combustor shall be ~0.1MPa-0.2MPa. Burners shall have the function of auto ignition and be equipped with double-flame monitor. Most Burners are required of operation flexibility stability and reliability because temperature variation and constant temperature gradient will be appeared during the period of lining drying for startup.

Ammonia Incinerator Burners are often used to burn acid gas and off gas contained ammonia, the flue gas after burning mixed with air will be discharged directly. The temperature of the Burners shall be usually about 1300℃ in order to remove NH3 in acid gas effectively, and required temperature shall be kept by adding compensation of fuel gas.
