2.Description

Aluminium is theoretically 100% recyclable without any loss of its natural qualities. According to the International Resource Panel's Metal Stocks in Society report, the global per capita stock of aluminium in use in society (i.e. in cars, buildings, electronics etc.) is 80 kg (180 lb). Much of this is in more-developed countries (350–500 kg (770–1,100 lb) per capita) rather than less-developed countries (35 kg (77 lb) per capita). Knowing the per capita stocks and their approximate lifespans is important for planning recycling.

Recovery of the metal via recycling has become an important use of the aluminium industry. Recycling was a low-profile activity until the late 1960s, when the growing use of aluminium beverage cans brought it to the public awareness.

Recycling involves melting the scrap, a process that requires only 5% of the energy used to producealuminium from ore, though a significant part (up to 15% of the input material) is lost as dross (ash-like oxide). An aluminium stack melter produces significantly less dross, with values reported below 1%.The dross can undergo a further process to extract aluminium.

In Europe aluminium experiences high rates of recycling, ranging from 42% of beverage cans, 85% of

construction materials and 95% of transport vehicles.Recycled aluminium is known as secondary aluminium, but maintains the same physical properties as primary aluminium. Secondary aluminium is produced in a wide range of formats and is employed in 80% of alloy injections. Another important use is for extrusion.

White dross from primary aluminium production and from secondary recycling operations still contains useful quantities of aluminium that can be extracted industrially. The process produces aluminium billets, together with a highly complex waste material. This waste is difficult to manage. It reacts with water, releasing a mixture of gases (including, among others, hydrogen, acetylene, and ammonia), which spontaneously ignites on contact with air;contact with damp air results in the release of copious quantities of ammonia

gas. Despite these difficulties, the waste has found use as a filler in asphalt and concrete.

5.FAQ:

1)what is aluminum?

Aluminium (or aluminum; see spelling differences) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is a silvery white, soft, nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.

Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals. The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.

Q:What are the classification of aluminum foil compound insulation material?
There are a variety of insulation materials with wide application. The commonly used ones include glass cotton products, heat insulation blankets and heat-insulated foam glass, polyurethane foam glass, etc. The glass cotton products are used in air conditioning insulation, duct insulation, polyurethane foams, extruded polystyrene board, molding of polystyrene, Bakelite resin, mineral fiber products, polyphenyl granule size, compound wood, soft wood, etc. Polyurethane foam is currently a kind of insulation material with minimum coefficient of heat conductivity of 0.018~0.024W/(m·k)in building insulation.
Q:How does aluminum foil bag should be heat-sealed?
Using the sealing machine.
Q:Introduction of aluminum foil
Friction. Hiphotos. Aluminum foil is a kind of thermoprinting material made by calendaring aluminum into sheet, Whose thermoprinting effect is similar to that of silver foil.
Q:How to ues aluminum foil container?
High-grade quality disposable foil container aluminum foil, mainly used in business package, air catering, bread or cake takeout tray and the like. Disposable aluminum foil food box, aluminum foil containers, aluminum foil meal boxes look crisp, easy to use, safe, sanitary, no smell, no leakage. Heating directly in the original packaging and aluminum case with good thermal conductivity and uniform heating effect, it can be widely used ovens, steam boxes, etc.
Q:Which sides do we use when conducting the electricity.
Aluminum foil is a kind of metal paper with silver white package. it is called tin paper in Hongkong and it is a kind of pressed metal aluminum. It can be used in kitchen for cooking and the simple material.
Q:Aluminum-foil paper glues on the radiant-cooker after melting. How to remove it without hurting the radiant-cooker?
Heat it and than tear it down.
Q:Where to buy aluminum tape?
Aluminum tape is available in building materials market, packing material stores and advertising material stores. If not, kitchen ventilator store may be a choice.
Q:What causes the velocity effect of the aluminum foil?
2, the change in the mill itself. Using cylindrical bearing of the mill, with the increase of rolling speed, roll neck bearings will float, so that the direction contained in the roll will be affected by the interaction of two mutually butting move.
Q:What's the difference between aluminum foil paper and tin foil paper?
Tin foil paper is a filmed metallic paper coated with something like silver, such as the metallic paper used for cigarette packaging. The color is silver. aluminum foil paper is a metallic paper by bonding the slip sheet of aluminum foil and aluminum foil paste. It is used for food damp proof and packaging. Both can be used for cooking and package.
Q:What kind of material does aluminum foil paper belong to?
Aluminum foil paper belongs to metal mixed material like alumina, which is a raw and auxiliary material for industry manufacture and mainly used for preventing package, articles for daily use and building.
