The front and rear surfaces are made of inorganic materials with different densities and different thicknesses, the soft aluminum sheets are arranged in the core layer, and two layers of high polymer damping material are molded compositely under high pressure without adhesive.

The soft aluminum sheets in the core layer have obvious insulation property for medium-high frequency and ultrahigh-frequency sounds, and the high-density boards on the front and rear surfaces have good medium-high frequency sound insulation effect.

The double-layer constrained damping structure generates high-efficiency low frequency and ultralow frequency transmission shearing stress.
