T-Mobile Jump is something you add to your plan that costs an extra $10 a month. After 6 months you can jump by handing over your old phone and getting a new one. The remaining cost on your old phone is gone, you just have to start paying on the new phone. (jump means you don't need to pay off the old phone)

Yes, swapping phone with Virgin Mobile is easy. First you purchase the new phone, wait for it to come in, then log into your account and click on swap phones and follow through the online steps. As of now, Virgin Mobile is still working to get the X-TC phone on the main website. Unfortunately, you must wait until Virgin Mobile puts in on the site before you can buy it. This phone will not be in stores until near the end of April, but it will be online very soon. Hope this helps )

If you have Motorola Mobile Phone Tools, you need to have some means of connecting the phone to the computer. You have three choices - Infrared, Cable and Bluetooth. Also, you need to have your phone enabled to allow data transfer. If you have Cingular service, this is enabled already, if Verizon, then you will have to get the data transfer unlocked. Once data transfer is unlocked, the Phone Tools program will walk you through the setup for the phone. If you can't figure this out, then you need to study the help file for the program and learn how to use it. I would normally be happy to tell you how to use it, but not knowing your computer and your phone, I can't. It does seem a little late, although upgrades don't move forward on the weekends so it's only 3 business daysstill, I'd think it would at least have been sent to UPS by now. (You're putting your mobile number in track by reference on the UPS site, right?) I would call 611 to see if the phone is maybe on backorder or something.
