I was able to get 1,000 minutes for $100 and when I buy more minutes, I get about 15% more. If I bought, for example, 50 minutes, it would automatically be boosted to 65. My cell 'phone is a Motorola and I like it just fine. It's good that you are doing some research and homework. Hope this helps.

- When your mobile is on it sends a signal to the nearest transmitter periodically, so the rough area can be easily identified by the mobile phone company. This info can be shared with the police with a court order. For anything more accurate you need quite sophisticated equipment that can triangulate your position and that is very precise. However, the authorities would need a good reason to do this and it is very expensive. Hence why it is not often used to track missing persons.

- Here you go: You want 3G, 5+ battery life, qwerty keyboard. Well.your not going to find that on the iPhone. Try the Lg Voyager form Verizon Wireless. It isn't Windows Mobile but it is a good phone. It has Navigator, TV, Web, Music, Movies, 2MP camera, MMS, video recorder and fantastic battery life. I get about 2 days worth compared to the iPhones 4- hours.
