EVA Cutting & Layup Machine
This machine is applicable to the EVA cutting and laying process in solar module production line. It is used tocut and
lay up EVA films, also to transfer glass panels.
The machine is primarily constituted by cutting unit and laying unit. In the cutting unit, unreeling and output of cutting
are controlled by a servo motor to ensure the length accuracy; Directing-acting cutter is utilized to make the cutting
process simple and reliable. In the laying unit, pulling of films is also controlled by servo motor to ensure the accuracy of layup position. A pneumatic gripper is utilized to perform precise pulling and alignment in the process.
The machine is characterized by compact structure, reasonable layout, light weight, easy operation, safe & reliable
work and high level automation. It can be widely applied to solar module production in PV industry to alleviate the hardness of manual labor and meanwhile to achieve an excellent social and economic benefit.
1) Glass panels are conveyed out of Glass Loading station and into EVA cutting position.
2) This piece of glass is going into position when the previous piece of glass finishes EVA layup.
3) Now, this glass panel is in position and stopped.
4) Alignment is made to make sure of lay up accuracy.
5) EVA film is pulled out.
6)EVA film is first cut down at the back end, precisely in the required length.
7)EVA film is then layed up on the glass panel accurately.
