Product Description

High efficiency bendable solar module adopts the highest efficiency cell in the world from USA, with efficiency up to 20% or highter, which enable 25-30% higher power generation than the conventional PV modules at the same size.

By adopting the back contact technique, the cell can be coated with the flexible materials and finally forms the high efficiency flexible solar panel.

This kind of solar panel can be widely used in the field of Electric Golf Car,Patrol Car,Travel Tourism Car,Yacht,Roof Power generation,Backpack,Tent and so on.

our Semi-flexible solar panels are made of Sunpower solar cells.

we can do 15w-140w Semi-flexible solar panels.

Q:I have a question about solar panels?
But at night where there is no sunlight does all the electricity shut down for the night? Electrical production shuts down, but most solar electric systems have some way of storing power. There are two main types of storage: . Grid tie. Basically this uses the power grid as a virtual battery. You produce extra power during sunlight hours to sell to the grid (other people use it) and you buy power from the grid when the sun doesn't shine. This is usually the most economical system, but whether you save money depends on a lot of things like: cost of installation, location, government subsidies how much you get for the electricity you sell buy. In other words, the details matter. Mostly location, which determines how much sunlight you get, electric rates, and subsidies. 2. Batteries. Usually a large bank of deep cycle lead acid batteries. Usually only used in off-grid systems and the cost of electricity is usually not competitive with grid electricity.
Q:A question about central a/c and roof solar panels?
if you use solar panels it will make electric to run anything you want . it depends how much they charge to build the solar system if it makes sense, money wise. but if your asking if solar power makes enough electric to power an A/C the answer is , you bet your azz .. but only when the sun shines Nellie
Q:Need some Information about solar panels ?
No. The only coatings I am aware of are those that reduce reflection so more light gets through the protective surface to the actual cells. Anything thing that affects appearance is going to be reflecting light back to the viewer and the photons of that light are not available for electricity or heat. If the appearance of the panels offends you, then they need to be concealed by a fence of panels around them that do not throw shadows on the panels.
Q:Tips for convincing my school to put solar panels on the schools roof?
Installing solar cells cost money. It would swamp the capital spending portion of the school budget. I doubt the school board would put it into the budget because of the cost involved. If they did I guarantee you that, when presented to the voters, they would turn down the budget. If you really want to do something, I suggest a fund raiser, but you are probably looking at raising more than $500,000. Good luck.
Q:Can I hook up a Solar Panel to a car battery? Does it matter the kind of car battery?
Those answers are partly correct. You cannot recharge two 2 volt batteries in series with a photovoltaic panel with an open circuit voltage of 8 volts. You possibly over charged your 7.5 AH battery with a 00 watt photovoltaic panel, which can supply 8 amps to the battery with unusually bright sun light = fully charged in one hour. More likely you did not charge the battery for a month or more which killed it. Also discharging below 2.6 volts shortens the life of the battery, or short circuiting the terminals even briefly. Yes a deep cycle sealed lead acid battery rated 2 AH is likely the best unless you buy a 00 amp hour marine battery which weighs about 80 pounds and will take at least two days of bright Sun to fully charge.
Q:How do you make solar panels?
It's possible to put together pre-made solar cells into your own panels, but the result will be far less durable, and more costly than simply buying commercial panels. You may encounter some websites offering to sell you information on how you can power your home cheaply with homemade panels. Every one of those I've seen is a scam. Save your money. Do you need a lot of panels to make electricity? To make a system that is worth it generally takes at least a dozen panels, although I'm sure exceptions exist. Also, it generally needs a professional install to meet legal requirements, although a few skilled homeowners do manage to do their own.
Q:Can a solar panel be used as a NiCd cordless tool battery charger?
Your 5W solar panel has to put out about 5 volts or higher to charge a 2 volt battery. 5 watts at 5 volts is only 0.3 amps, which is only enough to handle the internal leakage inside a large battery, plus a bit. If you have a 00 amp-hour battery, that panel would take 300 hours of bright sunlight to charge it. But I do agree that it will keep the truck battery charged as long as it gets sun. Make sure you put a diode in series between the panel and the battery to prevent the battery from discharging through the panel when the sun goes behind a cloud. I'd be worried that if you charged the 8 volt battery frequently, the panel would not be able to replace the lost charge, and your 2 volt battery would wind up discharged. That 8 volt battery is .2 amp-hrs (if I got the correct one). That is 27 watt-hours. Allowing for losses, you car battery will have to deliver over 30 watt hours to charge it. Your solar panel will take over 6 hours of bright sun to make up that difference. That is over 24 hours this time of year. So if you recharged it more than once every 2 days, you will lose charge in the truck battery. .
Q:Are solar Panels worth it?
Yes! They will save you money for a lifetime. Imagine not paying for electricity bills every month.
Q:How tangible do horseshoe solar panels sound?
Sorry to be a prophet of doom again but the fault in the system is that only a small portion of the cell is used at any time of the day, given the high cost of solar panels this is not financially viable. Why not just have a small motor to turn the panel to face the sun, that's been done and it works.
Q:Information on making solar panels?
I doubt that you are going to want to learn how to dope your own silicon wafers, add contacts and laminate them into PV panels.  I also doubt that you're going to even want the various chemicals to make e.g. cadmium-based cells anywhere near your house (cadmium is a very toxic metal).  In other words, making your own solar panels is not an at-home project. You can buy solar panels based on cells of several different types.  A link to a Pricewatch-like website for current prices on solar panels is below.  Mounting panels to roofs or pole mounts, running conduit and wires, and installing battery banks and inverters are within the capabilities of skilled laypeople. More data at the links. Edit:  I am reporting all of Agua-Luna's cut-and-paste pieces as spam.  I encourage others to do likewise.
