If you already have an account with virgin mobile, you're just switching phones (swapping phones). Just log into your account and pick the swap phones option and it will prompt you to follow the directions for the new phone.

The fewer the features, the longer the battery life. The really high end phones have less life than the more basic phones. My BlackBerry Storm, which is a fantastic phone, has far less life than my previous BlackBerry Pearl - the Pearl would last four to five days, the Storm barely two. Doing things like reducing the backlight level, keeping Bluetooth off unless needed, not playing games or music etc., can extend it, but really the simplest thing to do is buy a second battery. I bought a second battery for emergency use and rotate it every week or two, plus when I am in the office I plug it into a Amzer docking cradle which also charges my spare battery.

Ive downloaded opera mini already but everytime i try to play a vid on youtube it will say protocol not supported. so can i get this phone to play youtube vids or what?: The Motorola i475 is too old of a cell phones. It is what we call a WAP phone. It can't access any internet website like a desktop can. The internet on this cell phone is more of text and menus like when the internet was more of menus and numbers. It won't be able to play videos or anything like that. Even Boost Mobile won't even activate this cell phone. As you know Boost Mobile is getting rid of any cell phone that uses the IDEN network. The cell phone Motorola i475 is a IDEN network phone since it has that walkie talkie feature. Boost Mobile will no longer support IDEN cell phones but only use CDMA network. So this cell phone is obsolete. All their cell phones on Boost Mobile website only use CDMA network.

Q:i have an att sim card and the service but i really like this phone i saw at target but itz for t-mobile.ANSWERZ PLEZ: Most phones will work if there unlocked. But not all the features will work. But T-mobile will not unlock phones for non customers. The sim will fit. I have a friend whose sidekick (t-mobile phone) works on ATT fully functional. I have two blackberry's for ATT that work on T-mobile. All my phones are unlocked by either ATT or T-mobile. If you have a friend that has T-mobile get them to unlock it for you. But they have to be account holder.
