FAQ:
Q1: Are electronics cheap in Okorder.com?
A: Of course. They are very cheap. The factories provide the goods. One-stop sourcing.
Q2: Why are electronics so cheap in ok order?
A: On ok order they are the lowest price. Because it is a wholesale website and factory provide goods.
Q3: Do all electronics have silicon in them?
A: No but most modern ones do. Older electronics that don't require micro chips don't have to have silicon at all, and their mother boards are made from copper. Silicon is used in micro chips as a semi-conductor in modern electronics but some other semi-metals, like gallium and germanium can also be used. Silicon is just the most common because it is so plentiful.

Q:Have a Canon Powershot A40 and a new computer with Vista , Can`t transfer from my camera and Canon says I need a Memory Card reader. Please walk me through what to buy and how it works, consider me a computer stupid person and go slooooow.
Buy a memory card reader that should solve your problem. Should be pretty simple to go from there. They have step by step instructions on how to use them. Good Luck.
Q:I was interested in a card reader for my android. I would like one for a yard sale, craigslist posted ads, payment from friends or family, however it appears that the card readers are only for business owners in which I am not. Just a regular person trying to make quick cash here and there. Could i be misinterpreting the information on these sites? Are there any card readers that you can use personally with no business relations?
Even with a reader, you need a merchant account to accept credit cards. Only a FOOL will consider using a card to pay someone they found on Craigslist or at a yard sale.
Q:I am having trouble when I try to copy photos from my kodak easyshare v1253 camera to my computer. The computer is not showing the connection. But when I took the camera to rite aid they made me a photo cd from the memory card. I was wondering if I can do the same thing at home and if so what type of card reader do i buy?

Q:A Sandisk card reader micro sd m2What do you use it for?
It allows a computer to see what's on the little memory cards found in phones and some digital audio recorders. You plug the reader into a computer then put the card into the reader. Like it does whenever a USB memory device is plugged into the computer, Autoplay will appear on your computer's screen asking what you want to do.
Q:I got a digital camera a week ago and I when I first tried to connect my camera to the computer it wouldn't work, I have all the right requirements. I called the people from Canon and they said to get a card reader. So I did and it still doesn't work and whenever I put it in the back USB ports, most of the time my computer freezes. My computer recognizes the USB ports when I connect the digital camera to my computer, it just doesn't work. Though a while ago there was a power outage and after that, my computer got messed up and I had to get some new parts so maybe that is the reason. I am pretty sure the usb ports worked back then. But if that is the reason and I need to get new parts for my computer, will it be worth buying?I have a windows XP and I have had it for four and a half years
Rebuild the hardware and software drivers for your USB ports. Go to control program, system, hardware tab, device manager. Expand the listings under universal serial bus and right click on each one and select uninstall. Some may not have that options so do nothing with those. Restart the PC and it will rebuild the drivers.
Q:I just got a SD Card reader and writer, but i'm not sure how to use it; i follow the instructions and nothing happens. Everytime i take my SD card out my camera and put it in the Reader nothing shows up on my laptop. Can any one tell me how a SD reader suppose to work.
You did take some pictures right? Usually card readers appear as an additional drive. If you go to My Computer there should be a drive you don't recognize. Double Click on it. If it has your photos in it there will usually be another folder like DCIM then inside that will be the numbered folders with the images. If you add more details as to what you have tried, we might be able to help more.
Q:I need a way to transfer files onto an SD Card but my computer doesn't have an SD Card slot
If you do not regularly format your memory card in your camera, the file structure on the card will break down and become corrupted, which will prevent you from saving additional photos to the card. The proper way to use a camera/memory card is as follows: 1) Copy all the photos from your memory card to your computer. 2) Format your card with your camera while it is in your camera. 3) Go take photos 4) EVERY DAY after you use your camera, repeat steps 1 and 2.
Q:I havent installed any drivers because the package only came with the drive itself. I looked on Rosewills site, they have the drivers, but not for VistaAny ideas on what to do now?
Have you tried your card reader on a different computer? Have you tried different types of memory cards? Have you tried different USB ports? You have another cable to try? Looking over NewEgg's customer reviews for your reader seems to point towards not working with Vista. There seems to be a few with rapidly failed readers too.
Q:Do these take place of a computer when there isn't one around to hold pictures and then delete from the camera? I'm going on a trip to France, and this came with my memory card for my camera. (8GB) Is this something to where I can use to store the photos that I've already taken and then later put them on my computer for real storage, and then can I delete them from my camera once they'reon this thing? Explain plaese.

Q:I have Acer Aspire 5580 laptop, and I have no clue to use the 5 in 1 card reader. Plz help me.
you should simply have to insert the card into the proper slot and open up my computer and the card reader should appear as a e: or f: drive or sometimes it appears as a total of 5 drives ranging anywhere from d through l: from ther just double-click the right one and it should open the card
