Q:how do i connect ignition wire from fuse box to cd player?
find the positive fuse by using a test light on the fuses, when the ignition is on the light your using will light up when the ignitions off it should not light up on the test light, once thats done connect a wire from the back of that fuse behind the fuse box to the terminal run the wire to the stereo wire you need to connect to, twist the wires together use decent electrical tape aroung the join to make sure the bare join does not touch anything else on the car. hope this helps.
Q:so im lost in how i should wire my subs. I have two subs that i need to wire both are 2 ohms 400 watts i don't know if i should wire them parallel or series if you can help me out that would be great!
usually all sub wiring is the same, youll have the rca cables and antenna wire comming from the radio to the amp, power and ground wire going from amp to battery and ground, and than should have 2 wires coming off each sub to the amp, im guessing thatd be parallel, if you wire in series, so like use 2 wires and splice off to each sub, so 2 wires off the amp powering each sub you would up the ohms and put a too much of a load on the amp, people only wire in series when they have too many subs and not enough outlets on the amp, good luck

Fuses, standard circuit breakers and the like, unless -extremely- carefully designed are made to protect real-estate, no more. Not even a GFIC device is 100% effective nor are any of them designed to protect against stupidity. If one deliberately inserts one's self into a circuit, one will be injured. There are certain types of fuses (and breakers) that are designed to protect equipment - an example of such is the dual-element fuse that can sustain a high surge on start-up, but will fail at 'design' amps after that surge. There are breakers that are similarly designed. No fuse can be a ground-fault device. But, the bottom line is that fuses are load-based and are designed to fail based on a function (also designed) of excess-load-over-time. A very small excess load will be tolerated for a much longer time than a dead-short (infinite load), as extreme examples. And fuses are more-or-less sized to the wire feeding from them and its theoretical capacity. So it may be argued in a full discussion that fuses are to protect real-estate first, wire second, and in a few deliberately and carefully matched cases the equipment attached to the wire. As fuses are 100% load based, they cannot protect people unless their maximum design load is less than 1/4 watt at 10,000 ohms (what a human being equates to as a resistor).
Q:Question about the 3.5mm cable, I cut it open and there are 4 individual wires inside of it. I've only ever seen 2 wires and a loose one. Which ones are right/left and would the other 2 both be ground?The colors are red/green/white/black. I'm assuming the red/white are right left like normal? But I'm not too sure.

Two black wires in the box would be a hot from the supply and a switched hot to the load. If the timer has only two wires then it should be pretty easy to just connect them. If they are marked line and load then you would have to hook the wire for line to the wire in the box that is always hot from the supply and the other to the wire marked load. If you are still unsure then it really is not a job for you alone, enlist the help of someone with a bit more experience or even an electrician.
Q:what wires connect from the vehicle to the a/f sensor
Why do u want to know what wires go to the sensor? If you have a code for the a/f sensor..99 % of the time it is an open in the sensor itself. On rare occasion there are others like a chewed wire by a rodent. But I would just recommend replacing the a/f sensor. And i u were to follow the wires from the male connector they would lead you to a big wire harness that basically just all ends up at the ECU. Just in case u wanted to know.

You will almost always use copper. We need more data to give you a good answer. How much current are you going to carry? What frequency signals are you going to carry? Stiff wire is solid and easily bendable is stranded.
