Press fitting system joins pipe without welding or bolting. The components fit by crimping through the use of a special pressing tool. An O-ring that is inserted in the fitting ends of the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection. Press fitting system is the trend of pipeline industry. It is widely used in cold and hot water supply, heating supply, fire protection, medicinal gas, industrial petroleum pipeline system etc.

- There is a possibility of a piece of torn paper blocking the feeder. With the HP, the tray lift spring sometimes also goes bad and easily gets jammed down with the paper that is loaded. Also, if it is a high use machine, the rollers will actually get polished from the paper dust as the sheets feed. The rollers can be rejuvinated with cleaner made for rubber rollers and actually soften them for better operation.. Do not use alcohol as this will dry out the rubber.
- Q:I have extremely hard water, and my water softener has been broken for a few years. There's been quite a decrease in water pressure. - NO, solder cannot go bad. 1) are the pipes copper ? if not, thats your reason. 2) did he scrub the oxidation off the pipes/fittings ? 3) Did he apply flux to the pipe before attempting to solder?

- Use copper with diletric fittings and insulate them, and you'll never have a problem. Yes it will be expensive but it will be done once and done right. CPVC is good too as it's cheap, easy, and they'll never corrode. PEX or Shark Bite is even easier and may even be better than CPVC as you won't have to deal with messy adhesives and can be done in half the time.
