WELCOME to visit our stainless steel pipeline products here(^_^)

Press fitting system joins pipe without welding or bolting. The components fit by crimping through the use of a special pressing tool. An O-ring that is inserted in the fitting ends of the pipe ensures a leak-proof connection. Press fitting system is the trend of pipeline industry. It is widely used in cold and hot water supply, heating supply, fire protection, medicinal gas, industrial petroleum pipeline system etc.

For the size, now we have 3 series:
1. Out diameters: 16.0, 20.0, 25.4, 32.0, 40.0, 50.8, 63.5, 76.1, 88.9, 108.0 (GB/T 19228.2-2011)
2. Out diameters: 15.88, 22.22, 28.58, 34.0, 42.7, 48.6, 76.1, 88.9, 101.6 (JIS G3448-1980)
3. Out diameters: 15, 18, 22, 28, 35, 42, 54, 76.1, 88.9, 108 (EN 10312:2002)

Q:So far it's gone off four times this morning. My whole family were sleeping and we woke up to the alarm screeching at 5am. The weird thing is we hadn't even set it! Which is why we're assuming it's got something to do with the phone and fire alarms - they're all linked. We have someone coming out to check it before 1pm today (currently 7am) but we've had a similar problem before and the man comes in smiling saying everything is fine. We've only set it once to go on holiday and within 2 days of us leaving an empty house, it had gone off.Anyway, does anyone have any experience of ADT's crappy service? Or know why we might be having this problem? Thanks in advance. Best answer gets 10 points if that stuff matters to you :)
Without more specific information about what you are trying to accomplish it is hard to be very specific. The type and style of the connections you are using and whether the material is required to meet specific levels of Sanitary requirements all play a part. Since you mention that they are FOOD pumps I assume that they do need to meet Sanitary standards. If you are allowed to use Valves to shut off and control the flow, then a system of piping might be set up to allow you to control the flow to each line as needed by opening and closing specific valves. Another possibility is a rigid piping line that uses a SWIVEL JOINT to or pivoting Loading Arm to direct the flow. Connection points that are interchangeable between the conveyor lines, by using Tri-Clover type fittings or other rapid assembly position neutral sanitary fittings, could allow you to switch out sections of tubing specific to each machines feed line location. The mandatory Sanitary conditions of your appication will dictate what options are feasible and/or allowable.
Q:We have a fire and CO detector that I removed from the ceiling to paint it.After I removed it I saw in tiny print to shut it off before removing. I really am not familiar with what it looks like off hand as I'm at work.It is sensitive to the light being turned on and it goes off every time we turn the light on. It says warning, carbon monoxide levels are high, then it says carbon monoxide levels are 0 PPM and stops. They are all new and all of them have gone off at least twice since moving in and only when the light is turned on. They go off within seconds. How can I get this one to stop going off EVERY time? Like I said, I'm at work and not familiar off hand with what's on it. I'd hope there's some kind of reset button? Is it too close to the light? It's maybe 2-3 feet away from the light.I'm sure I can figure it out eventually, but it's just weird to never have a problem this bad with it until now.
Yes; even at the same joint. I have an outdoor boiler/hydronic system and wish I'd gone with this in the first place rather than the CPVP feed. 20 yrs. with hot water boiler (wood).
Q:My son was spending the night at a friends house when a fire occurred and he suffers from 3rd degree burns possibly needing skin grafts. We cannot afford these costs and they have homeowners insurance.
Just paint it grey later. Just get it done. Regards, Dale
Q:In the Bible, does God ever strike down with lightning people who have lightning rods on their tents?
hey its a website made to answer homework questions try it out its free good luck
Q:SuRvEy:: - ::> How many Aardvarks does it take to make a really good speed bump?
Use and choose your settings.
Q:Very confused about the pipe fittings and pipe joints, I can't make out their differences. I'd like to ask you something!
Pipe jointIt is a joint on a hard tube or hose, and it must be installed at the end of the pipe to connect it to the fittings or the equipment
Q:The collar on the kit is supposed to poke a hole directly into the pipe, then feed water into the line that attaches to the fridge. I went to do this the other day and found that the pipe underneath the sink is made of silver mesh. (Braided?) So is that going to work? Or will putting the collar into the line going to make it leak?
might need a rotation and balance take it to the nearest tire shop and explain your problem to them
Q:There is so much argument online, much of it around 2009. What is the current law? Can I see a link to something official? Thank you in advance.
I'm all about the Lightning Rodhere's the breakdown: Ugly Stick Pros: very strong, super flexible, funny commercials on tv Cons: heavy, not very sensitive, foam handle Buy this rod if: you break things often, you're giving this to a child or teen, you're lending this rod out Lightning Rod Pros: light, sensitive, cork handle Cons: not as durable Buy this rod if: you're a responsible adult, you like to feel when fish are biting Okso this isn't TOTALLY un-biased, but hey, didn't I mention that I like the Lightning Rod? :)
Q:I need to talk about it in my physics class
Are you familiar with any type of soldering? There is low temp, and high temp, depending on the application, and the type of solder that you use. The most important thing to remember, is to thoroughly clean the inside of the fittings, and the end of the pipe. If you cut a pipe, make sure that you ream the inside, to restore the inner diameter of the pipe to its full bore dimension, otherwise, water will eat the pipes, from the inside, and you will have a premature breakdown in your piping system. A non acid, water soluble flux is required, again, so your pipes won't deteriorate from the inside. Low temp soldering can use a propane torch, but high temp, requires a hotter flame, to melt the solder. Practice on some pipes, before soldering for real. Never leave your flame in one spot too long. Doing so will cause the flux to be burned at that spot, and no solder will take at that spot, thus, ensuring a leak. Move your flame around the whole joint, heating it up uniformly, and concentrate your flame towards the center of the fitting, as solder will travel towards the heat. Good luck!
Q:Is it safe to use a fire hose as a substitute for an enema? Just wondering. Plugged up in Poughkeepsie.?
I believe what you refer to is called PEX. There are other trade names as well, but this is what I use. The piping itself will contract when thawed and will (has not yet) not leak. You should be aware that the piping is supposed to be freeze resistant, but the brass fittings used for the connections are NOT. Find some comfort in the fact that It is extremely unlikely that the fitting will freeze and crack, given the amount of flexing in the PEX piping. Also know that this type of piping is not designed to be used outdoors or where sunlight may contact it. The components will breakdown leading to failure. The piping needs to be covered to prevent UV light from hitting it. There are other factors too, like needing special tools for the connections and not scratching or gouging the outer sheath, etc.
