Application

Single Stage Double Suction Split Case Pump is used for conveying water or the physical and chemical properties similar to water and other liquids suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply, power stations, agricultural irrigation and water conservancy.

Characteristic

Compact structure,beautiful outline,stable operation,low noise;

Both inlet and outlet of this pump are placed under the axial line,so it is unnecessary to remove the inlet and outlet pipeline and motor;

The shaft seal of water pump has fine mechanical seal and soft stuffing seal,which can be selected according to different condition by user;

The impeller is static-balance calibrated,fixed on the shaft with round nut,and its axial position can be adjustedvia the round nut;

The pump is direct drived by motor via resilient coupling,it can be drived by internal combustion engine if it is necessary.

Technical Data

Capacity50-20000m3/h
Head10-230m
Speed2900/1450/980/740/580/3500/1750/1180/890/710rpm

Material

Casing: Cast iron/ ductile cast iron/cast steel/stainless steel/duplex stainless steel

Impeller: Cast iron/ ductile cast iron/brone/stainless steel/duplex stainless steel

Shaft:C-steel/stainless steel

The rotation direction

Viewed from motor, the direction of the pump is anti-clockwise,that is the suction in the left, the discharge in the right.

The rotating direction of the type pump is clockwise, that is the suction in the right, the discharge in the left.

Also can move the driver to another edge according to the user’s requires. Then, the rotating direction, the suction and discharge direction is in the opposite as the described above.

Q:My water pump was replaced 3 months ago,but it stopped spraying water yesterday, How do I unclog the intake / Outflow?
check the thermostat, it could be clogged.
Q:Relationship between power and flow of sewage pumpFor example, how much power waste water pumps do 1m3/h and 100m3/h need?Best detailed listShow the relationship between power and flow
Severe N= gamma gamma ETA QH/1000 liquid (ox / m3) - N- power efficiency eta (kW/h) - head of M Q- volume flow (M / sec)1, power *0.6= flow * lift *9.82, for the water treatment industry, the flow of cubic meters / hour units,Power = (flow * lift *9.8) / (3600*0.6)3, power = flow * lift *0.0045 (general 50%--90%, large pump higher)
Q:Hello, i have a 1987 volkswagen cabriolet that i purchased earlier this year. So far its been a pain in the butt. Recently i noticed it overheats real quick, but it didnt use to. then i noticed the coolant/antifreeze was being used up like no other! I discovered, after being parked at work, that it was leaking.it leaks basically anything i put in there now!! it leaks from the water pump housing,.,.... at least thats what the internet said it was.. its leaking from the end of the hose that connects to the engine... (the hose that comes from the coolant reservoir.)What do i do? I dont feel any cracks? does this part crack? is it an o-ring or somehting? I am really absolutely NOTHING ABOUT CARS. Please help!!
You say it has been below freezing for a while. *IF* it has been very cold and *IF* your pipes are not below the frost lines in your area, then the pipe could be frozen. That would cause the pump to likely trip out as it would over-work while trying to push water through ice (not easily done!) The good news is if the pipe is frozen, it is most likely frozen near the point where the water goes into or out of the ground. If you have access to 110 power in both of those areas, (or can get it there by some safe means) try this. Take a heating pad (like you use for sore backs/ knees) and wrap it around the pipe right at the point where it transitions into the ground. Tie it in place with string or yarn and turn it on at it's highest setting. After about an hour try turning on the pump. Still trip? Give it another hour. Still trip? Do the other end. Believe me this works surprisingly well, and once you get the water flowing, even just a little bit, the rest will melt quickly. Good Luck. James
Q:Hi -- could someone please give me information on how much I should expect to pay for a water pump and to cleanse my coolant system (or something like that) or if it's something I really need to do. Or if I can get the water pump without the coolant system...My car is running fine, just started making kind of a rough running sound a few weeks ago when it's idling. ANY advice is greatly appreciated!
Right..the water pump doesn't sound like your problem. However, it would not hurt to get the cooling system totally flushed out and replaced with new fluid, if this has not been done in a long time. Might run you about...$75, just a guess. You also should really consider replacing the fuel filter, air filter, and spark plugs. This could really make a difference for you if they are old. Wouldn't cost you but $30 for all of those parts and maybe 45 minutes labor.
Q:i have a 99 Mitsubishi Eclipse and my Car started to leak water and as soon as i start to put water it starts to leak and it wont take in the water that has on the side as well. what should i do or what do you recommend?
you must stop driving the car.
Q:Water dispenser in refrigerator has stopped working, how do I replace pump?
Replacing parts in a refrigerator water dispenser is fairly straightforward. If you have to ASK how to do it, you need to ask someone to SHOW you how. As others have stated, there is no actual pump in the refrigerator. Water pressure from the supply line is more than sufficient.
Q:i replace all the seals on the water pump reinstalled it and the same thing happened... it leaks out the bottom some where and run down the water pump and down the hot side radiator hose... any ideas?
Chevy 350 Water Pump
Q:my 2003 dodge durango broke down 6 weeks ago. the mechanic put it on the diagnostic machine, and it said i needed a fuel pump and a water pump. well i got the fuel pump changed and he told me if i kept water in the car it could hold out for a little while until i get the water pump fixed. so i kept water in it it's been 3 weeks. saturday night all of a sudden i watched the temperature gauge jump to HOT! I pulled over and it was smoking like hell. i'm lucky a friend of mine drove by at that instant and went to his house and got me antifreeze and water and put it in the car. so it was fine sunday. then last nightafter i got home it was smoking again. i let it cool down and then filled it up with water. this morning i took my daughter to school and then drove to my other daughter's daycare and it was smoking like crazy and there was antifreeze and water all over the ground where i parked. so i left it at the daycare and got a ride to work. should i fix the water pump? or is
Chances are if you had a reputable mechanic tell you it needed a water pump at the time, and he's sure it was leaking.... assuming you haven't overheated the engine that caused gaskets to blow (ie. head gaskets), then a water pump should fix the problem. A good quick check is: is there steam coming out of your tail pipe... if so, you've done more damage than what the water pump will take care of.
Q:What's the function of the engine pump?
The function of the water pump is to pressurize the coolant, and ensure that it circulates in the cooling system. Generally speaking, the water circulates continuously through the radiator, engine block and parts. Take away heat.. Ensure that the engine is not high temperature
Q:I have a pontiac grand am 1996 v6 with a 3.1L 3100 SFI engine. I have a coolant leak and I think it's coming from the water pump. When the car is cool and then turned on, about 4 to 9 minutes into warming up, coolant is hitting a belt and spraying out of the car's front end. When this is happening I see that there is coolant dripping off of the waterpump housing. The coolant started to spray everywhere about 15 seconds before the radiator fan kicked in. Why would this happen when first warming up only? Can a defective thermostat cause this to happen?
Stop guessing and have the cooling system pressure tested.
