S single stage double suction centrifugal pumps are late-model energy-saving horizontally split pumps newly developed by us on the base of the old style double suction pumps at home and abroad. They are used to handle clean water or other liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties.medium temperature not exceeding 80 ℃.This series of pumps are applicable for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, power stations, farmland irrigation and drainage, and other water conservancy projects.

The instruction of the structure:

The inlet and outlet of this type of pumps are below the axial lead of the water pump and are vertical with the axis line. When repair and examination, there is no need to disassemble the inlet, outlet pipe and the motor. Seeing from the direction of driving, the pump is circumrotating clockwise. (We can change it into counter-clockwise).
The main components of the pump are: pump body; pump cover, impeller, axis, balanced suction seal loop, axial bush, and etc.
The pump body and pump cover consists of the working room of the impeller. On the water inlet flange and outlet flange, there is pipe tap for installing the vacuum meter and pressure meter. Under the inlet flange and outlet flange, there is pipe tap for pouring the water.
The impeller after quiet balance checkout is fixed on the axis by axial bush and the axial bush nuts on the both sides. Axile nuts can adjust the axial position.
The pump axis is supported by two single low annular ball bearings. The bearing is in the bearing body, installed on the two ends of the pump body. Lubricate it by butter.Balanced suction seal loop is used to reduce the water in pressure room of water pump leak to water jet room.
The pump is directly driving by flexible shaft coupling. It also can be drove by gas engine.
The axis seal is flexible sealant (We can adopt mechanical seal structure).

Q:I am new to saltwater tank, and i what to add a sump to my tank, but I don't know what to add to it. what water pump? do i add the filter to the sump or does the filter stay in the tank.
If you're using a sump, the pump you use will have to be chosen based on the size of your tank and how much flow you need. The kinds of fully submersible pumps that are used for ponds and other aquarium applications are best. You really could put your filter on either, but most people I know that keep saltwater [and myself included] keep filters, heaters, and skimmers in the sump so they're out of sight. This also gives you more room in the display tank for live rock and fish if the equipment isn't crowded in there. All you really need to have in the display are powerheads to keep the water circulating so dead spots don't build up. And without the equipment hanging on the back, and only power cords coming out, you can use a glass cover to reduce evaporation and keep your fish from jumping out.
Q:It is a 110 shallow well pump for my water source to the house.
If it goes into a pressurized tank, could there be a leak somewhere? Or, the well is gong dry underground water flows during the dry season, there's not as much water. If so, the only solution would be to drill deeper.
Q:I've got a 1997 Ford Probe, taken it to a couple different places; whenever I drive my vehicle, it tends to want to overheat. I don't drive it to the point where it does though, I know that could cause more damage! I've noticed that when I go out to my car in the morning, there's some coolant on the ground by the front passenger's tire. Before I drive it I fill it with coolant, as to try to keep it from overheating while driving.I've been told that it's the water pump leaking from 2 people but then the last person said there's no leakage. I'm wondering if it might be something else? Maybe a thermostat, a hose, maybe? How would I figure this out???
If it is your water pump, just keep driving the car and you will soon know. The pump will lock up, you get towed in, then get to have the pump repaired. By what you said, my guess is the water pump needs replaced.
Q:I have built my own spray rig to water some stock and tanks and a garden. It is a 330 gallon tank and has a spout at the bottom that i am going to connect a multi purpose pump to. My question is what size pump would i need? I have been looking at Atwoods and Tractor Supply and have seen some 2.1 GPM and a 5 GPM pumps i just don't know which would best suit me. i am planning on having the tank on the trailor and running water hose to a sprinkler or two. I would like to know how man sprinklers are possible on this type of system and still keep good pressure. Thanks for any answers.
Like the last person, what you've looked at won't do much. Just think of a 5 gal bucket and how fast do you want to fill it up. Also you want pressure behind this water if you want to water with it, so look at the psi on a pump as well as the GMP to determine what will work best for you. I'd say 40psi should be enough pressure to run hoses and sprinklers and remember that the smaller the hose at the end gives the highest pressures. Hope this helps you out some. I'll admit, I'm thinking of this as knowledge of water pressures more than GMP, but I think I've explained something good about your question. Good LUCK
Q:I replaced the water pump on my 2001 dodge dakota and I still have a leak coming from somewhere. I don't know if i put the bolts in the wrong holes or what. Some bolts were long and some were short. Is there a diagram that shows where which bolts go where?
no their isn't any diagrams on it but there is a way to identify them, just run them in the hole dry and see if they bottom out and do them one at a time,as a rule i always mark them when i remove them then this doesn't ever happen, but you can get them figured out by dry testing them and also look at the difference in the thickness on the water pump, good luck on it,
Q:My pt crusier water pump went out. Are there any tricks to fixing it? My husband wants to take a crack at it because it is 800.00 to have it fixed by a local mechanic here in Spring Hill. If anyone knows any tricks to doing it or where I can get it done cheaper in Spring Hill?! Let me know!!!!
The water pump is driven by the timing belt on this motor. If it is not done right, you could cause serious damage to the engine. Actually $800 to change the pump and timing belt is reasonable. To lower the price further you could negotiate buying your own parts. Good luck.
Q:25KW what is the lift of the pump?
2 floor, the following formula is not accurate, the margin of safety is too large.N=Q (L/s), *H (m), /102/ (0.6~0.85), /0.85As follows: for reference only: (pump flow * pump lift) / (367* pump efficiency) * pump motor power safety margin (constant general take 1.1-1.2) = pump power.Unit: flow M3/H, head MNow you know the power of the pump, but you do not know the efficiency of the pump and flow, so the pump head can not be calculated. Can the normal operation of pump flow velocity detection using ultrasonic detection equipment, combined with the calculation of pump diameter of the flow and shaft power testing equipment can use foreign advanced measure pump, electric motor with related input parameters to calculate the pump efficiency. Then use the formula above to calculate the pump head. The simple way is to ask the designer directly about the design parameters.
Q:and it still runs about every 1/2 hr even if you are not using water. I have no leaks from the pump thought the house so I think the problem is between the house and the well. I can't hear or see any leaks in the elbows in the well. I tried to pull the foot valve up but can't get it out. I replaced the pump cause it was worn out and it was running every 15 min. Do I need to set the pressure on the new one it cuts off at 42 and on at 20 psi and what else could cause it to run when it shouldn't? I know I should call a plumber, but haven't worked in months and can not afford one.
bleed air out possible leak between house and pump or pump and water either way sucks sorry ive pulled my fair share of pumps old farmboy its bleeding off somewhere thats the question sorry cant help find where look for wet or start pulling pipe out of ground sucks wil need a few friends
Q:how do i remove and replace the water pump on a 2003 ford focus with a 2.0 engine
Take it to a dealership.
Q:water pump contents
contents no, replace component.
