Product Description:

The assembly, erection, transport and even maintenance times are reduced, and as a result this helps to keep operating costs low.
Optimum productivity and greater safety make MDT Topless cranes the best alternative for all users or hirers.

Elegance and distinction
Their new shape is easy to distinguish from a distance.
The counter-jib projects a dynamic and refined design and the profiled jib, with a regular inclination, shows a fluid and
elegant line.

Minimized, compact and light package
Transport and erection
The shapes, dimensions and weights of the components were devised right from the design stage to scale-down the
package and save time. Only a single, small, mobile crane is required to hoist the packages and assemble them.

Assembly of the
counter-jib on the
The compact counter-jib has a reduced footprint, ballast supports and
stabilizer plates designed to be folded
away for transport.
The nose and stabilizer plates can be
simply unfolded which releases the
Assembly of the jib on the ground
Operation of crane fleets can be optimized thanks to the possibility of exchanging certain components of the crane jib with other models from the same range

Counter-jib ballast blocks with inclined bases are used for simpler dismantling on the ground, since they can be laid down easily.
No locking mechanisms are necessary, and the counter-jib can be unfolded easily.

Pinning is quick and simple thanks to the centering pins of the splice.

Trolleying with variablefrequency, progressive speed by means of stepless control.

The masts adopt the standard bases from the MC range, allowing it to be adjusted to the desired height.
The adjustable bases are of the same type as those of the MC crane range, providing a choice of method of installation:
• on fixing angles,
• on cross-shaped base,
• on travelling gear,
• or as a climbing crane.
For easier management of your crane fleet, the standard elements taken from the MC range are assembled using pinned fish joints for ease and speed of connection.

MCT cranes are available with a wide range of optional features:
• Vision cab with or without air-conditioning
• Dialog VISU indicators
• Dialog Wind anemometer
• Top Tracing interference control and zone limitation system
• Remote control unit with indicator
• Automatic cartridge lubrication
• Auxiliary winch

• 5 models.
• Jib lengths from 40 m to 52 m.
• Maximum load from 2.5 to 5 tons.
• Maximum hoisting speeds from 2.8 to 82 m/min.

Fitted with jib lengths ranging from 55 to 65 m, the MDT Topless cranes boast hoisting capacities of 6 to 10 t.
Providing a suitable size for all your needs.
They allow complex multi-crane installations by considerablyreducing the height gaps and interference of cranes on work sites.

Q:How many stops are there in a tower crane? Where are they located in the tower cranes?
The hook has an upper limit on the windlassThe car has front and rear spacing on the trolley hoistSlewing is limited to the slewing gearAnd the torque limit is on the spireWeight limit
Q:What are some ideas to build a crane out of Popsicle sticks?
Then how are you interlocking the popsicle sticks? Most projects like this allow for thread and glue. OK.. so you can glue them and, I assume, cut them. Use a truss system made out of small pieces of split sticks to build and strengthen the support of your crane and make that long arm out of a series of sticks that form an interlocking triangle when you look into the arm. Stagger the triangle pieces so that no two joints are in the same location and then glue small splints to the inside of the long ecah of those joints. If you have no weight limit and the support column will hold it, consider filling the triangle with a coating of glue.. be sure to allow several days for it to dry. That way the glue will also add an element of strength Take your tme, use a strong glue if you have that option - like Gorilla Glue, ,and build it in sections. Be sure to let the glue dry fully before moving on to the next stage. For the triangle portion, you can use thread to bind the pieces into a triangle shape until the glue dries and then remove the thread and use light sand paper to remove any residue. for the counterweight of the cantilever, fashion a small box out of pieces of sticks and fill it with a dense glue. As the glue hardens and compacts add more glue. When the glue has fully dried, remove the sticks unless you are still within your 150 count. That way the glue serves two functios and your instructions do not prohibit this. Hope that helps
Q:Is Scarecrow/Dr. Crane in The Dark Knight Rises?
Yes it was the actor that plays Dr. Crane is Cillian Murphy they tried to bring back a lot of the characters from the first two movies in the Dark Knight Rises.
Q:why arent there more female crane operators?
Have you failed at something? A physical for a job? Have you failed a civil engineering exam? Why take the blame yourself. Scream sexism By the way most crane operators don't pee out of the crane. Most urinate into a bag of gelatin that can be disposed of later. There is a special cuff for females to use with the bag
Q:I was looking at how to make your own camera crane... I was wounder can you make one from a microphone stand?
It might - but the center of gravity and the tripod might not be able to hold the weight of the jib, camera, counter-weights... and personally, I think it would be a pretty expensive mistake to watch my $2,000 camcorder fall and brake because the camera crane collapsed under the weight. A mic tripod is designed to handle about a pound of weight. A consumer camcorder, the jib and counterweights (and maybe a mic or whatever else you throw on there) can be between 5 pounds and 50 pounds. That's why companies like Kessler make what they make. And that's why the companies that makes lesser camera cranes (Cobra, CameraCranes, and others) never use a mic tripod. They use a heavy duty camera tripod or other LARGE, STRONG, item - not a mic stand.
Q:How To Make Origami Crane?
You and see how to make origami crane step by step
Q:tell need to know about sandhill cranes?
They're loud. I've stopped traffic many times to let them walk across the road. They mate for life. I saw a Chinamen try to catch one so he could eat it once. True story.
Q:What is the torque limiter of the tower crane A: the lift is stopped when the lifting torque is exceeded. B: over gravity
The torque limiter acts as follows: (a)In lifting process, when the weight of the lifting object moves ahead of the trolley when the lever force exceeds the moment limiter, the hook rises, the motor and the trolley forward motor are stopped at the same time, and the utility model has the safety function.
Q:Sand hill crane Population of Florida?
Sand Hill Cranes are migratory birds. Their population will vary based on the time of the year.
