- Hiya ! Mobile phone text messages are NOT stored on the phone - they are held on the computer database belonging to the phone company - and transferred to your phone when you read them. Once deleted they cannot be recovered as they are deleted from the database. HOWEVER mobile companies DO make back-up copies so if you contact their customer services centre direct, they might be able to help you. Good luck anyways.

- Q:I have one it is a Mybat USB data cable for MY cellphone type, but I can't figure out how to transfer files and stuff because it didn't come with any instructionsjust the cable and the software. And in the My Computer folder it takes up drives F,G,H, and I and it won't let me open any of the drives. It tells me to insert a disk into w/e drive I'm trying to get into. - First of all what brand of cell phone do u have? You can try installing the software before you even plug your data cable in then plug in cable after it's fully installed. You shouldnt need any other kind of software UNLESS your using a Mac. My suggetion would be to go to the manfacturer's website of the phone u have (Nokia, Motorola. ect) and look under help or support. :)
- Q:i have an io cable box from optimum and it shows the channel but the show name just says No data available also when i press the big io button and goto channel guide it just wont load, on demand works fine. can you please help asap thanks. o yea i have disconnected the power and what not. thanks in advance
- If you tried cycling power, then either the box is not getting the Program Allocation Table (PAT) or the box is busted. Either way, you have to call the cable company.

- Did you try the sony website? I lost the charger for my camcorder that I bought about 4-5 years ago. I got a replacement for it on the sony website. No store carried the charge batteries in the camera charger, so I went directly to the source. I needed this type of charger because it's also the ac adapter. Even if it's a couple years old, give sony shot.

- So, the power adapter is not interchangeable, but the data lines and connectors are interchangeable with no problem
- Q:I use Comcast High Speed and the cable modem is hooked up to a Wireless B router.The typical Comcast download data rate is 3-5 Mbps (I think). The upload data rate is probably much lower. Let's say my cable modem operates at 3 Mbps all the time. And, my Wireless B router has the typical throughput of 4.5 Mbps (according to Wiki). Will the router be dragged down to the 3 Mbps level? With the Cable Modem as the bottleneck for transmissions, is an investment in Wireless G or N a waste of money?
- This really boils down to this WHAT'S IN YOUR COMPUTER. b,g,or n All routers are reverse compatible. Mos have settings in there utility to allow for N only or B G Meaning you can connect with a b or g machine. You can have a g machine and it will only connect at what your machine, and router will allow.

- That's just a telephone cable. Believe it or not, phones used to be tethered to the wall with a cable. There was no such things as cell phones.
