Q:Which is the more commonly used thermal insulation material between thermal insulation glass?silk wool and rock wool?
Glass wool: Glass wool has no shots, having less dust and little irritation to skin and respiratory system as well as light weight, able to be processed to products with long length based on design requirements. It entails less waste, easy to construction. It uses amorphous cellulose which is soft and lathy with no shots, able to serve for more than 20 years. So, in terms of price per ton, rock wool is cheaper than glass wool. But in terms of price per square meter, the prices of glass wool and rock wool are basically flat. If various factors like effect, construciton, service life, safety and bearing structure are took into account comprehensively, glass wool then is more economical. Rock wool: It contains a high content of shots and much dust. It is high irritable to skin and respiratory system, keeping heavy weight, so it cannot be processed for a long time. It entails much waste, difficult to construction. It uses crystalline fiber, which has a high content of shots, is shoyt and unstable. If used for a certain time, its shots and short?fiber will sink, making it unable to maintain a uniform shape, which will seriously affect the insulation effect and needs to be replaced consequently. And the replacement cycle is shorter than 10 years.
Q:CAD type too much (including civil engineering, interior spring design, motor, machinery manufacturing and many other), a beginner how to choose?
The concrete structure has been included in the structure, but the concrete structure is a concrete structure, but the structure is just a frame structure without concrete structure; another steel structure and concrete structure is a good idea but to do Less, the third floor is said to be the main structure of the original structure, masonry works using concrete, then this will undoubtedly increase the cost of the house, if not very high floor or earthquake area is clearly not economical
Q:Is the thermal conductivity of the vacuum insulated plate used to protect the hot plate method?
Supplementary feifei answer: 1.10kV to the ground safety distance (vertical) is 6 meters, if the 10kV live line below the minimum safe distance (vertical) is 3 meters, "power facilities protection regulations" provides strict construction, housing construction , If it is temporary construction, in the construction should contact the line unit, you can let them send on-site monitoring construction, but must ensure that the safety distance of 3 meters, than the steel pipe, scaffolding and other metal parts in the construction process should prevent the distance from the live line Excessive discharge causes electric shock. 2. If the use of crane construction, according to the "national shield shield uncle 墉 矫 堕 scared scared off the power grid company safety work procedures" provisions in the 5 meters away, to prevent the arm swing accidentally hit the live conductor. If the 10kV line around (both sides) construction, the safety distance and the vertical distance of the same provisions, if the lifting height beyond the live wire should be taken when the wind caused by the swing caused by electric shock 3. "Construction site temporary safety technical specifications" and " Power facilities protection regulations implementation details "provides only the moving objects, such as wires issued trees, houses and other buildings.
Q:Can high-temperature glass wool be on fire?
Glass wool will not catch fire because it beongs to Class A non-combustible products. It will carbonize but not burn if the fire is big and burning time is long.
Q:Are there any differences between glass wool and rock wool in terms of appearance, I can't distinguish them, why?
They are completely different products, and put it in a simple way, glass wool is made of glass, rock wool is made of stone,
Q:What harm dose glass fiber cotton do to human body?
It may cause great harm to eyes and mucosa. Workers who are exposed to glass fiber for a long time may contract contact dermatitis, but some workers can gradually endure it, which is known as "hardening phenomenon".The degree of skin damage depends on fiber diameter and roughness of surface. For now it is widely recognized that only when the diameter exceeds 5μm, the fibre will be obviously irritative.Few workers who contact glass fiber and rock wool have skin allergies, but so far these fibers have not been confirmed to be sensitinogen.
Q:fixing my room up and it gets hot in summer so i want to put some good insulation in the roof so what could i use?
How much access do you have to the attic, or the space below the roof? Are you going to be replacing the ceiling of your room and adding insulation from below, or getting into the attic and adding insulation above your room from there? If there is a large attic space above your room, and not much ventilation, sometimes you can cool the living space by simply installing some ventilation grilles to the roof to vent off hot air from the attic.
Q:What are the differences between the glass fiber and glass wool? ?
Glass wool belongs to one of the glass fiber categories, which is a kind of man-made inorganic fiber. The sieve plate can not be replaced by glass fiber, which is a kind of elastic felty body produced by glass fiber whose diameter is only a few microns. Glass wool is a product made by fibering the molten glass and adding environmentally friendly recipe binder which is mainly thermosetting resin, use glass wool
Q:do i leave air gap in attic roof for insulation?
The best way to set up an attic is to put a vapor barrier under the rafters (before nailing on the gyproc), then put the insulation (fibreglas batts) between the rafters to full depth (10 or 12 inches). Soffit vents are installed under the eaves at the sides of the roof, and gable vents are placed near the peak of the roof at the ends. This allows for airflow resulting from convection, particularly important in the summer months to remove heat buildup in the attic. If the insulation is adequate, it will not only isolate this heat buildup from the inside of the house in summer, but will prevent heat loss to the attic in winter. (The airflow in winter will be minimal, but will remove any moisture/condensation that might collect otherwise.)
Q:The roof does not have fillet under tiles, our house tends to be very cold and we want to remove the insulation and put a knew one, will our house be warm? any tips and advice.thank you for your time
i guess u mean attic insulation, it all depends on the type of ins u have, but why remove it ?, just add more on top..i'm not sure where ur located, the amt of ins depends on ur climate...here in Ontario, Canada, the code req's R40 for attics...but R32 is just as efficient
