2.KXT Coriolis slag powder metering system



KXT Coriolis slag powder metering system is used for accurate measurement and effective control of industrial slag powder (fly ash, slag powder, steel slag powder, etc.). It is of great significance for the rational use of industrial waste, increasing mill output, ensuring product quality, and obtaining the best economic benefits. The system has the characteristics of stable feeding, accurate measurement, rapid adjustment, simple process, compact layout, low investment, convenient maintenance, and large range coverage.

KXT Coriolis slag powder metering system is mainly composed of a steady feeder, Coriolis metering device and a control system. Among them, there are three schemes for steady feeder: for capacity below 150t/h, choose FD series steady flow feeder; for 100t/h~200t/output, choose NXF rotary valve; for output above 200t/h, choose discharge valve group.

3.KXT(S) Coriolis raw material metering system

The KXT(S) Coriolis raw material metering system is suitable for the metering and control of raw meal inlet to the kiln. The system has the characteristics of stable feeding, accurate measurement, fast adjustment speed, etc., which can completely replace similar equipment.

The KXT(S) Coriolis raw material metering system is mainly composed of a feeding device, a Coriolis metering device and a control system.

4.KXT(M) Coal powder Metering and conveying System



4.1 Introduction

The KXT(M) Coal powder metering and conveying system is used in the kiln coal feeding metering system of cement, alumina, iron and steel, electric power and other industries, and it has achieved 35t/h coal powder metering at the time of production.

The successful development of the metering and control system fills the domestic technical gap and it can completely replace similar imported equipment. Its main technical and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level of similar equipment.

"The Research and Application of KXT(M) Coal powder metering and conveying system " successively won the first prize of the 2006 Chinese Building Materials Science and Technology Award in the science and technology progress, and the second prize of the 2007 Chinese National Science and Technology Award in the science and technology progress.

As of December 31, 2020, 800 sets of KXT(M) Coal powder metering and conveying system are used in 1000~5000t/d cement production lines, and 80 sets of KXT systems are exported to Vietnam, Myanmar, Pakistan, Georgia and other countries.
