Solar Polycrystalline Series Panels

Introduction of Polycrystalline Solar Panels

We are registered in the state of Texas, USA. It holds a rich heritage in Alternative Energy and Smart Grid technology with global project expertise in North America, Europe, South America, China and SE Asia since 2002. We offer integrated solar PV and Small wind turbine for domestic, agriculture and commercial domain which is a 100 billion industry in North America alone.

We delivers turn-key clean energy solution, with its most advanced and patented unique off-grid PCU which make our system a mini solar power plant and not just an inverter. Our products are committed towards all global quality norms and parameters as they exceed 98.5% efficiency and also bundled with an unparallel technologies namely shroud in the small wind turbine sector has a PLF of 45% with an unbelievably less weight, low noise and aesthetic appearance and polycrystalline solar pv cells for roof tops matching almost 95% of mono-crystalline solar pv cells.

We have a current global installed capacity of 4092 MW with 592 MW installed during the year 2012 alone.

Characteristics of Polycrystalline Solar Panels

I Solar Cell : High efficiency crystalline solar cell. Even if under the weak light, the solar module can produce maximum power output.

II Tempered glass (toughened glass): Anti-reflecting coating and high transmission rate glass increase the power output and mechanical strength of solar module.

III EVA and TPT: Using high quality EVA and TPT to prevent destroying and water.

IV AI frame: Without screw, corner connection. 6 holes on the frame can be installed easily.

V Junction box: Multi function junction box with water proof.

VI Long lifetime: ≥25 years; Less power decrease

VII Good performance of preventing from atrocious weather such as wind and hails.

VIII Resisting moisture and etching effectively, not effected by geology.

Standard Test Conditions of Polycrystalline Solar Panels

The opto-electrical specifications shown below are stabilized values being measured at Standard Test Conditions, Irradiance: 1000W/m2, Spectrum: AM1.5 at 25°C, The info below is subject to manufacturing tolerances. Where appropriate minutes of measurement are available and are used for the dimensioning of the installation.

Q:Solar Battery System?
A solar panel is usually 36 cells and intended to charge a 2V lead acid battery. The battery in laptops may be somewhere between 5 and 20V. The panel might charge a laptop when it is cold, but they heat up in the sun and then it would no longer charge. Typical lap top power supplies are 3 to 4 amps. You need 2 panels in series to get enough voltage to charge the battery directly, but this is wasteful. If you want to charge at the same rate as a lap top power supply you need large panels to provide 5 amps. The 5 Amp panel will only give 5A when pointed directly at the full sun. There may be between 2 and 5 hours a day equivalent full sun depending where you are, time of year. If you want more than that, you need larger panels, or more than one in parallel for a 2V system. It makes sense to charge a 2V battery with the solar panel, and use that to operate the lap top with a car type power supply for a laptop, which runs from a 2V battery (see link below for an example). Get the biggest panel you can afford, and the battery should be larger if you want to run the lap top when the sun isn't shining. Perhaps a 20AH battery is a minimum size. All this costs more than a lap top.
Q:Solar Panels, kw per hour or day ?
That means if you stick a watt meter on the output when there is maximum design sunlight on it you will get kw. If you shine the maximum design sunlight on it for hour then you get kw hour of power. In one day you get 24kw hours assuming you can get 24 hours of maximum design sunlight. Your home electric bill is typically in kw hours. At the macro level power is traded at megawatt hours.
Q:How to charge a Battery with Home Electricity and Solar Panel together?
connect the solar panel to the Battery direct during the day time that's how it works in ALL situations !
Q:Using a solar panel to make energy?
DIY okorder.com
Q:What are the limits of solar panels?
I believe solar panels gather enough energy from the sun in the daytime.I don't own one therefore I AM not a 00% sure unless it runs on batteries, generator or alternator.Who knows it just may plug up at night.
Q:What can you tell me about rebate incentives for residential solar panels in New York state?
Enacted okorder.com Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 09/9/20
Q:Solar panel, Home office and Tax write off?
You would have to depreciate the office portion over a very long time frame in years. Contact a qualified tax professional as home office deductions set off all sorts of red flags.
Q:how many solar panels and what type to power a laptop computer that has to be plugged in when in use?
There okorder.com/ Why pay thousands of dollars for solar energy ($27,000 average cost) when you can build your own solar panel system for just a fraction of the retail cost. You can build a single solar panel or you can build an entire array of panels to power your whole house. Some people are saving 50% on their power bill, some people are reducing their bill to nothing. But what’s most impressive is that just by following these instructions some are even making the power company pay them!
Q:SOLAR Panels?
I'm in the California Foothills and the island of Mindanao... I have both solar panels (electric and water heating) and a single wind-generator since 2000. We actually sell power to PGE in California and are self-sufficient in Mindanao. NOW, I'm confused with YOUR math... you say the Rep. suggests a monthly savings of $35 (25% of $40) which would be $420 / year. If materials / installation are $8,000 less $2000 tax-credit: it would take 35 years to pay off $6,000 at $420 / year. 980 Kwh/ mo is some pretty heavy usage... I'd suggest trying to reduce that. CFT's, lowering your AC setting, no lights if NOT in room, un-plugging stand-by appliances, and upgrading insulation. At our 2000 sq ft California RANCH we only burn 400 Kwh per month, and that includes an 800 sq ft barn (admittedly we heat with a wood-stove). We have 5, Sanyo 200 watt panels (3kw total) and generate an avg 900 kwh / month. SO, we're selling BACK almost 500 kwh mo. to the grid on the photo-cells alone. The kw wind generator averages another 20 kwh / month. I THINK the company YOU are working with is selling the EXCESS electrical-power back to the power-company behind your back !! GOOD LUCK
Q:What do i need to use a 2v solar panel to charge a 6v lead acid battery as i cant find a 2v to 6v regulator?
despite the statements to the contrary, using a solar panel to charge a battery is not rocket science. first lets look at you panel. panels normally have a spec for open circuit voltage (probably 20 volts for yours) operating power (4.4 volts at .4 amps is usual for 20 watt panel) and short circuit current (probably 2 amps in your case). if this panel is connected to a 2 volt battery, it will develop 20 watts of charge current in full sun. if this panel is connected to a 6 volt battery, it will work closer to the short circuit current or about .8 amps. doing the math this is a 7.2v x ,8= 3 watt charger for 6 volt batteries. while it is less efficient than when working at 2 volts, it will still work pretty good and no regulator is needed if you remember to disconnect the panel after 5 hours of full sun. if you want to walk away and have it run automatically, then you will need to find a 6 volt charge controller.
