1. For Polished Porcelain Tile, is the 30*60 available?
—— Yes, 30*60 is available. Due to the basic size is 60*60, we need to cut 60*60 tile into 30*60. 6 pcs are packed into one carton.
2. What is the MOQ for this tile?
—— Normally the MOQ is 1382.4 m2 for one 20’ container. To support our clients, we could go with 3 models to fill one container at most.
3. Can we use the carton with our own design and brand name?
—— Yes. Normally we go with Neutral Carton or our Carton with our CMAX brand name. But for carton of client’s own design, the MOQ for one size is 5 containers, due to the carton factory can’t arrange production if quantity is below 5000 pcs.

- If its the honey or green onyx in the lower pictures, to answer your question, it is for wall application only, not durable enough for flooring. - Q:I like the original quarry tiled floor from our 60‘s kitchen, but they are quite badly stained. I can‘t pretend they have any historic value, or even were particularly well laid, so on balance should I1) Replace with new tiles, perhaps up to a higher standard2) Get a specialist to restore them to something approaching their original stateWhich will cost more, and what would you do?
- My opinion? Replace. I believe you would not be happy with the restoration since they were not laid properly in the first place. Doesn't matter which costs more if. in the end, you are unhappy with the results.
- Q:Thinking of putting tile on front porch. It has a couple minor cracks. Is there anything that I can put down so that the Tiledoesn‘t crack in the future.
- First deal with the cracks. They are normal if they were caused over time by the concrete just settling. If you go to the hardware store you will want to find some crack repairing compounds. They are like concrete and mortar and should be in that section. They contain a rubber based martix which will bend and flex instead of breaking and fill cracks easily. Make sure you put down a even layer of mortar before you begin tiling and it should be okay to tile.
- Q:we are installing 2inch hexagonal tile on the shower floor. anyone have any special tricks to getting them lined up properly? the tile guys have put it down and a lot of the spaces between the tiles are uneven. keep in mind the shower floor slopes a little towards the drain
- You have to glue them in net tape (special net for patching dry wall) In scale of 12x12 or 6x6 ,let them stick well then apply thin-set 1/8 thick in floor and install tiles set next to each other.To make them even, every three set tiles that been installed ,put pressure by one plywood or a level board on top .Let them dry for min 48 hours then make a liquorish grout and splash it in tiles then by a sponge or plastic mup(use for window cleaner) apply grout in all area till cap between tiles fill completely .After 2 hours clean extra grout on tile by a vet sponge or rug .let till grout dry as well (min 24hours) then apply grout sealant to get shiny and est able grout .Then you have it.
- Q:how to paint over tile
- I saw this done on a HGTV program. The tile on the walls was an ugly blue and they didn't have the $$$ to replace and tear out the old stuff so they painted it white with and epoxy type paint. It looked easy enough but I am sure the right rollers and such matter tons.
- Q:I have installed tile around my shower and and ready to fill in the gaps between the tile. Grouting looks messy and I don‘t know how to do it. Is there a grout that comes in a tube that can be put into a caulk gun? Can I just caulk the whole thing? This one is new to me so any help is appreciated!!!
- You can buy grout in a caulking tube which is applied the exact same way as caulking. Grouting is the better option, you may not know how to grout but it is a very simple task. You could even get a grout bag to apply directly into the spacing which would make it a cleaner application.

- Q:I‘m trying to tile a map using swing (JPanel and JFrame) but don‘t know where to start. - That's the most efficient way to do it. You use math to calculate positions, so the tiles are virtual. Unless you really need to draw tiles with boundaries, don't show them (like the original Warcraft game). Perform all of your calculations like movement and clicks-to-tile conversions based on pixel location. This is far more efficient that trying to do it with lots of actual Java subpanels merged together. But, note that it's a lot of work and you have to carefully work out your calculations to make sure your clicks are aligned correctly. One mistake I made with a hex map once was I used doubles and I casted them to integers too early, and the slight different (by losing percentage) threw all my calculations off slightly. The trick is to create your background image tiles so that they blend seamlessly together on all sides. That will take a LOT of effort.

- For your best adhesion. its best to start out with a clean wood sub floor. Depending on what is down now, its best to put a new luan sub floor. These you can sometimes go over whats there now and sometimes its best to rip out and start new. Always start from the middle and work to the out side. But if your tile lays out to less than a 1/2 tile, move the tile over the center line by a 1/2 tile. Now MOST peel n stick are directional so they must be layed all in one direction.. This is personal preference, but I like to have a whole tile at the doorway and what ends up in back is the way it is unless its a real small pc. Dry lay out the tiles to see what you like.. - Q:i need help putting up counter tops and backsplashes.(tile)
- I tile every day of my life, and might understand your confusion, but wonder of the type of HELP you need? On a countertop, my standard is 1/8th inch grout lines. Your issue depends in some part, on the size of the counter top and tiles you choose. Obviously on a floor, using 12 x 12 tiles, IF you went with a 1/8 grout line, you add an inch in floor measurement...loss/gain, for every 8 tiles set. Most effective for a backsplash and counter face is to include Bullnose and the reverse of that (the name escapes me) for where the counter meets the splash. The substrate should be molded to conform, but with adequate prep, you could fill. Certainly an ideal is for a counter top substrate to be exacly large enough to accomodate tile sizes, and grout lines, with no cutting. That's a rare occurance, unless it was preplanned. AND again depends on tile size. 2, 6, 9, 12, etc. and shapes in tile, IE: Octagonal Im my kitchen, my counter tops are 24 inches deep, to the wall. Using a 1/8 grout line, I'll have cuts to make, no matter the size of the tile, unless I find some that aren't exactly as stated.
