- Q:Can a cat spontaneously catch on fire if it's being repeatedly rubbed against a quite hairy blanket on a dry night, because the static electricity has a high enough voltage? - depends.. check your state law.. they may not have to provide heat.. but i believe all of them are suppose to have smoke detectors.. that may be why they got pissed at you they knew they would get fine.. if they did not have one in your apartment..

- Well, from just your question, I was going to send you to a belting supplier, but from the detail - buy the right size replacement inner tube for a small bicycle wheels (if you don't want to connect end) and cut it length wise next to the stem, so you get a 3-6 wide flat doughnut piece with a stem part way along. You will be able to get a nice flat piece from the rest of the tube. If you don't mind gluing the ends with rubber cement, any old flat bike (or car) tube will do. I use them to make giant rubber bands for binding plaster casting molds and some glue jobs.

- Of course,. since you've mentioned something bout an app having its own alarms like beep or whatever, il assure you that there is in fact a lot of alarm apps that allows you to choose your own music from your library as the alarm. I have tried downloading a lot of those type of apps and finally found the best one. It's called Alarm Clock Tunes Free. Just search it in the app or itunes store and the 1st one that pops out will be this one. It's a free app so why not try installing it., It's a great app BTW and ive been using it fro a long time:) Hope I solved you problem:D

- Hmm, if the sun suddenly disappeared, what would happen. Well if it went quickly and quietly (impossible), there would be the same drive into deep space. The earth as any other satellite, is held in a balance between the sun's gravitational pull and its own forward motion. These two forces in balance hold the earth in orbit. remove gravity and the earth would move in a straight line into space. On another note, a user's answer was interesting. - I had the same project when I was in Jr High. I'll give you one bit of advice, the winner every time was the ones that had the largest tires. Small tires would spin and use up any energy the rubber bands could give. For more ideas, look up rubber band cars on youtube.

- I actually did burn down my kitchen 3 years ago. So yes. But usually I do ok and don't burn anything. I also have a fire extinguisher in the guest bathroom, though I'm not sure the reasoning there either. My husband did it. I think he said something about having one at each end of the house just in case?

- Hi. What it is and what it does are two different things. What it is is also not precisely known.
