Product Description:

Solar Monocrystalline (210W-225W)

Introduction of Solar Monocrystalline (210W-225W)

Solar modules use light energy (photons) from the sun to generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect. The majority of modules use wafer-based crystalline silicon cells or thin-film cells based on cadmium telluride or silicon. The structural (load carrying) member of a module can either be the top layer or the back layer. Cells must also be protected from mechanical damage and moisture. Most solar modules are rigid, but semi-flexible ones are available, based on thin-film cells. These early solar modules were first used in space in 1958.

CNBM Solar photovoltaic (PV) Panel is designed for large electrical power requirements. It is the optimal choice for both on-grid and off-grid power systems. CNBM Solar panel offers high performance of power per square foot of solar array. Monocrystalline silicon(c-Si): often made using the Czochralski process. Single-crystal wafer cells tend to be expensive, and because they are cut from cylindrical ingots, do not completely cover a square solar cell module without a substantial waste of refined silicon. Hence most c-Si panels have uncovered gaps at the four corners of the cells.

Characteristics of Solar Monocrystalline (210W-225W)

I. Solar Cell : High efficiency crystalline solar cell. Even if under the weak light, the solar module can produce maximum power output.

II. Tempered glass (toughened glass): Anti-reflecting coating and high transmission rate glass increase the power output and mechanical strength of solar module.

III. EVA and TPT: Using high quality EVA and TPT to prevent destroying and water.

IV. AI frame: Without screw, corner connection. 6 holes on the frame can be installed easily.

V. Junction box: Multi function junction box with water proof.

VI. Long lifetime: ≥25 years; Less power decrease.

VII. Good performance of preventing from atrocious weather such as wind and hails.

VIII. Resisting moisture and etching effectively, not effected by geology.

IX. The certificate issued by international authority: UL, TUV, IEC, VDE, CE.

Standard Test Conditions of Solar Monocrystalline (210W-225W)

The opto-electrical specifications shown below are stabilized values being measured at Standard Test Conditions, Irradiance: 1000W/m2, Spectrum: AM1.5 at 25°C, The info below is subject to manufacturing tolerances. Where appropriate minutes of measurement are available and are used for the dimensioning of the installation.

Q:Solar panel angle question..?
2.20 approximatey (2 /4 -- ish) X = (tan7)(8/tan45)
Q:Why do solar panels produce zero energy?
Because when the sun is down there is no solar energy, therefore they produce zero energy. This can happen any time of the year when the sun has set. But not to worry, they the sun will rise the next day. ;-) If you need constant power, it is best to connect the solar panels to the grid or to batteries to have power throughout the day and night too !
Q:How much maintenance do solar panels require?
New solar panels are clean and shiny and they look cool. Then they get dirty with dust and debris caught on the wind and residues left behind by rain and birds. Solar panels must be regularly cleaned and maintained in order to keep them operating efficiently and maximize the amount of sunlight they convert into electricity. Unlike windows your solar system needs to have a clean and clear surface to ensure they are working at their maximum efficiency. If they are not at their optimum performance it means they are not producing the amount of electricity that they could be. Solar panels will attract dirt, dust, soot, pollen, tree sap and salt crystals in coastal regions creating a fine layer of grime. This layer reduces the amount of light reaching the silicon cells under the glass surface and reduces the panel's effectiveness. A solar panel that has never been cleaned could be producing almost a third less power than it otherwise could be. Some have reported a ten to fifteen percent loss of solar output due to dirty panels. From the ground the panels may appear to be clean, just like your windows. Up close however you can see the grime that has built up from the dirt and pollution in the air. A more noticeable deposit that can be left on panels is bird droppings. These tend to completely block the light from areas of the photovoltaic panel and can considerable reduce its effectiveness. See much more about solar panels maintenance below link
Q:How do you make a homemade solar panel?
Solar panel cannot be home made with household material. It was a high tech product. You need to buy them in market. To suppose electricity for a trailer home, solar system becomes very expensive . A t least few thousands dollar to buy solar panels, storage battery bank, DC to AC inverter, heavy gauge wiring and hardware.
Q:Are our scientists making solar panels all wrong??
There are two basic types of solar panels. ) Thermal absorbers 2) Photovoltaics Thermal absorbers are black in order to convert sunlight to thermal (heat) energy. The whole idea is to capture all of the light with a dark surface, convert it to thermal energy and transfer the energy into your home for water heating or space heating. If you make the surface white or reflective, then the surface will absorb only a small fraction of the available light, hence the efficiency will be very low. In other words, the panel will not produce any heat. Photovoltaic panels produce electricity instead of heat energy. Photovoltaic panels are made from thin slices (“waffers”) of silicon with special coatings on the front and back surface. One of these coatings on the front is an antireflection coating to capture the light and channel it toward the silicon. Underneath the antireflection coating the silicon waffer is coated with other chemicals that convert the sunlight to electricity. The combination of these coatings gives the panel a dark color, usually blue or black. Here's the bottom line. If you want thermal heat or electricity from solar panels, the panels have to capture the light. When that light is captured, the surface appears dark because no light (or very little) light is reflected back to our eyes. It is not possible for a surface to be an efficient absorber, capturing all available light, and at the same time appear white or bright color or reflective to our eyes.
Q:Is using a thick cardboard backing for a solar panel ok?
In commercial panels some sort of polymer is often used for backing. With a 2V panel there are 36 cells, which means they can still output about 4V for charging a 2V battery even when hot. The voltage reduces about 2.2mV per degree C per cell. Commercial panels are meant to work up to about 60 degrees C, which is quite normal in the sun. I have found just lying them on the grass the air circulation is reduced, and they get too hot to charge a 2V battery. This means the backing should have good thermal conductivity while being an electrical insulator, as well as mechanical strength. The cells are often encapsulated in a thermosetting plastic first, then laid face down so a liquid polymer can be poured as backing.. I have removed commercial panels from their frames and re-packaged them to work in a very wet environment. I suppose cardboard would work, but it is unlikely to have good cooling so the expected voltage would be lower. As you intend to only operate indoors I suppose it is unlikely you have full sun most of the time anyway, so there could be less heating and less output current accordingly. I think the cardboard is only useful for a short time, and is not strong enough. Temperature wise it is marginal. The link below uses plywood for the backing. The backing is supposed to provide strength too. A sheet of some sort of plastic or laminate (including melamine laminate as in kitchen bench tops) comes to mind too. The cells are supposed to be bonded to the backing for better thermal conductivity. Use silicon RTV to stick cells to the backing, very thinly.
Q:Information Regarding Solar Panels?
Guide okorder.com/
Q:How can I adapt an automotive reglator to a solar panel?
solar panels will naturally produce a certain DC voltage which is what your battery needs - the current will vary based on the sun light. You need probably 4V to have some over voltage. So based on your specs look at having at least 4 V but not too much over that (tells you how many panels you need in series) I would have blocking diodes (probably the solar cell has them built in) to insure the battery does not discharge thru the panel.
Q:how many solar panels will i need?
you silly ! with Solar there is always room for error . you have to build it in to your numbers . solar is full of errors . So you should plan on producing at 3 times what you expect you will need . then you have enough .
Q:2 Questions on Solar Panels?
The available energy is a function of several factors including insolation (sunpower) mounting angle, gathering area, type of cell and conversion efficiency.
