Structural Characteristics

The pump is first stage impeller of double suction and the radial part segmental structure.The flagstaff connects the suction section,middle section and disgorge section to be a whole part.Pump rotor is constituted by the first double suction impeller,secondary impeller and balancing drum,etc.

Axial force balance:Axial force produced by balance drum and two thrust bearing balance impellers.

Bearing:The drive end uses imported SKF or FAG cylindrical roller bearing radial force, the non-driving end uses two imported SKF or FAG radial-thrust bearing to bear radial force and to balance residual axial force.

Shaft seal:Packing seal or mechanical seal shall be applied according to user’s demand.

Transmission:Driving is proceeded through the flexible diaphragm coupling driven directly by the prime motor.Pump rotates clockwise from the direction of driving end.
