Q:After only having owned PCs, I'm looking to get a new computer and have decided on a mac (mostly because I can't STAND Vista).The MacBook's screen is too small for me and isn't powerful enough, so I'd be going with a MacBook Pro. However, I'm in LOVE with the MacBook's keyboard. After a lifetime of using desktop computers, I've always had issues typing on laptops (uncomfortable much?). But not with this keyboard!Is there a MacBook Pro out there that has this style keyboard? Or are there plans to redesign the Pro so it has this one? THis is really the only thing that's killing me about the Pro.

MacBook Pro's keyboard is full sized. it's not crammed like a MacBook's is. you'd probably find it easier to type on. and the key response is the best.

Q:Hey guys. my iBook g4's internal keyboard is kinda broken and it types on its own so i bought an external keyboard then after a while while im typing sometimes the internal keyboard is typing diffirent letters again and its annoying so my question is how do i disable my internal keyboard?its just sooo annoyingPlease answer. Uninstall the driver for the correct keyboard (this can be done if you disconnect your external keyboard and go to your device manager and un install the driver seen under keyboards). Or you may uninstall all the drivers come under key board. Then reconnect the External keyboard. It will work fine.

Q:hello. just wonder if u lot can help:everytime i use my keyboard to type a message, when i press certain keys - programes pop up. for example when i press b on its own, a programme will open. its like im holding the control button or something.it has nothing to do with the keyboard, i have tried 4 on there - and they all done the same. my friend had a similar problem, and pressed some keys and it stopped it!please help i need to use me pc. thank u very much!

I was really interested in learning how to play a keyboard. Do you think it is too late to try to learn now? I know a lot of ppl who can play started young. Any tips? Advice?

It is never too late to learn something new. Look around for some private lessons in your newspaper, craigslist, etc. Or maybe you know someone who can teach you for free? It is going to be an investment, so be ready to cough up the cash. Good luck!

Q:hi is there anyone know how to disable multimedia keyboard function in multimedia keyboard.my keyboard is not responding the functions key but respond the functions as print on the functions buttons as f4 for open the new file.

Click the Control Panel button from Start menu and double-click Keyboard application. Click the Keyboard Manager tab in the Keyboard Properties window Click the check box next to option Enable multimedia buttons and onscreen display to un-check the option. Click Apply button to apply the changes and then click OK button to exit Keyboard Properties window. Restart computer for the changes to take effect.

Q:do you think i could use a roland cube 40xl as a keyboard amp?

You could plug your keyboard into it and you would hear your keyboard, but it would be far from ideal. Guitar amps like the Roland Cube 40XL are made to deal with and accentuate the frequency response of a guitar, whereas keyboards use the full audio spectrum. Using a guitar amp has two drawbacks: 1) the amp will change the sound of your keyboard significantly. 2) the amp may not deal well with certain low frequency sounds coming from your keyboard. Depending on your keyboard patch, that could damage the loudspeaker. Also, your keyboard will not be in stereo. In a pinch, you might be able to get away with it for practice. But don't perform with it. It will sound terrible.

Q:i know c6 has a physical QWERTY keyboard but does it have any virtual keyboard on touch screen like other only-touch screen phones have?

I'm not sure, but I am positive it has the virtual keyboard. The 5800 runs on the S60 5th edition and has the on screen keyboard, while the C6 runs on the same OS, and is on the latest firmware available, so it should have the on screen virtual keyboard too.

Q:i am trying to do exponent problems and need to know how to put exponents in keyboard

Keyboards normally don't do superscripts. If you want to write out an exponent here, just use a caret mark (^). For example, three squared is 3^2.

check keyboard setting: 1. start -settings -control panel -keyboard 2. check if language is US english (or whatver your local language is) 3. reboot please note that a DVORAK keyboards need to have language: US english (dvorak)
