Q:I have a question about the bulbs in a tanning bed... Does a higher wattage mean a stronger bulbs and a stronger bed? Like if one bed has 800 watts, would i tan a lot quicker than a bed with 100 watts or does this matter or is it unrelated? Thanks to anyone who can answer this for me.

Here is the thing to remember, if you put anything stronger in, such as a 160watt lamp in a bed that requires 100watt lamps, you will kill the lamps and burn up the ballasts which you have one ballast every two lamps and they are pricey. That said, if you are looking to purchase a bed, one with 160watt lamps is more powerful and they offer faster session times. Hope that helps.

Q:For those of you who don't know this is a corner bed :

Mine's in a corner but it's pretty much a conventional bed. I don't have headboards on two sides. The big plus is you don't give up walking around space around the entire bed. If you never get out of bed on one side, why waste that acreage? Who has it to spare? I share with my wife and even so, sleeping against the wall isn't a problem for me. I just get up off the end of the bed, always have. It's never been an issue, and being able to tuck the bed into a corner in an 9x11 bedroom really helps keep the rest of the space functional.

Q:My 13 month old screams when hes in his crib and will not sleep he sleeps on a reg. bed just fine so i was wondering if it would be wise to move him to a tot bed he is a little young but it might be to his benifit I want to know what other parents would do

If u have lost Ur baby u would be in total agony and prob pass out so don't worry. Try holding Ur breath for a bit. Baby hates that and will start moving! Sometimes they get lazy and sleep but if u are really worried go to ur doctor.

Q:When did you get you baby/Toddler a bed?? I just want a general Idea about what age is good.

My son started climbing out of his crib at 17 months. Unfortunately I got him a toddler bed and he did very good with it for the first month then he absolutely hated it. I think he hated the vinyl matress. I wish I would of gone straight to a twin instead, the toddler bed was a total waste of money
