- Q:Reasons to your preference for lighting.
- I prefer dim lighting most of the time because my eyes are extremely light sensitive. I use 40 watt bulbs and see much better than if I used a 100 watt bulb.

- sure, it fairly concerns. ordinary flourescent bar light fixtures do not comprise adequate gentle spectrum for plants to enhance to their skill. imagine that each wave of the gentle spectrum is a diet that the plant needs. Now the HPS and MH bulbs containg the biggest spectrum of sunshine and that is what makes them perfect. The MH gentle will mimic the spectrum of the summer season solar which in turn will reason the plant to stay in that is enhance cycle. once you want to flower your plant, you turn to the HPS bulb, which simulates the fall or pink solar. After reducing the gentle cycle back to twelve on 12 off. The plant will be compelled into that is flowering cycle. i might want to bypass to a hydroponics keep and %. up a HPS bulb and a MH blend bulb with a balast and also you're in employer-

The light sesitvity is the result of rods and cones not recovering efficiently. there are various reasons behind light sensitivity, and mainly common in light coloured eyes. it can also be caused by deficiency of beta corotene and lutien basically diabetic, thyroid condition, certain antibiotics, anthihistamines, blood pressure medications, it could also be caused by eye trouble. Like retinitis pigmentosa. i strongly recommend that you book an eye test to evaluate your eyes health. I have recently my self been diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa, which is hererdiatary, and effects the retina in the eyes its a slow blindness and common symthoms are light sensitvity, unable to focus in the dark headaches eye pain. I have to now wear tinted prescription varifocal glasses. Im talking from expreince. Best to get your self checked out at the optician better safe than sorry. Good luck i hope this has helped you.
