Q:We just bought a new rug from IKEA 7ft by 7ft, and its a plush rug...we bought it because our 9 month old son started crawling and his knees were getting tore up from our carpet...The rug we have it awesome, but when he crawls over it, little pieces of fuzz come from it and he balls it up and tries to eat it..and it sheds all over our carpet and is really annoying....it was a pain in the *** to bring home being soo long, i dont want to take it back, is there something i can use to make it not fuzzz off? Totally normal. It is not a very good quality carpet, but it's still normal. Vacuum, vacuum, then vacuum some more. It WILL stop.

if it a cream or white rug fill your bath up half way with only hot water then once full pour in some thick bleach and leave the rung in the with the water and bleach for about half an hour no longer or you will lose the colouring in the rug but half and hour should be fine and the stain will come right out then just rinse it out and hang on your line to dry i use bleach for alsorts and its always worked for me especially on my 8 month old daughters bibs hope i helped x

My girfriend used to actually iron down the corners of her rug! As for wrinkling, it's probably not a very thick or heavy rug, you might have to ( the iron again!) a rubber type backing

Depends on how big of an area you are talking about and the carpet. I have done it with a high pile carpet by cutting a small slit and injecting glue beneath the carpet and then put weight on it for a while. If it is a low pile carpet you might have a hard time hiding your incision. Maybe if you can get a syringe type injector (meat injector) you can make a small enough hole that's not visible.

I use the 409 carpet foam stuff and it works wonders! My puppy has a habit of running around in dirt and it gets all over my carpet ... I usually spray the spot let it sit for about 15 min and then rub it out and spray again and rub it out of course. It has worked on everything so far. Even dog throw up/poop/pee and my husbands grease covered shoes when he is done working in the garage! =)
