①What is your products advantage？

③How can I get the samples?
If you need some samples to test ,please pay for the transportation freight of samples and our samples are free for you(one piece).
- Q:we need to know if we don't connect the red wire and just cap it off.
- Get a volt meter and test between the white wire (place probe on white wire) and the red and black wire and see if you have power to either or both if both just chose either black or red and cap the other off, or see if one of the colors is attached to a switch,that should connect to a light kit if you have one, the connection should be between the white and one of the colors the green is the ground and gets attached to the ground wire on the fan.

- Usually there is a black wire (hot), a white wire (neutral), and a green or bare wire (ground)... in an ideal world:) If you need to find the hot wire, you can get a non contact voltage finder from lowes or the hardware store. This device will tell you where the AC voltage source is coming from without you even touching the wire. You will need to remove the old light and wire nut the wires. Then turn the electricity back on, use the detector to find out which wire is hot. Connect the black wire on the lamp to the hot wire.

- you were suppost to mark the wires by which they were screw to by color code; w rd blk etc.and then wire to new unit with same color code, some terminals need a small branch wire to bypass, lets say an ac with a heat pump.Ok now this is what an ac man will do, he will go to the compressor and write where the wires there are wired and then he would look up the color code and put the wires where they go. Also i relie heavily on the 800 help line number.Some ac men will put different colors on the wrong terminals, put a sticker on the unit and when there is trouble, they will call him,if all the wires were black and he knowes where they go, you see. A trusted ac man would be a great help,and remember, you're checking at the wall, not at the unit where the signals are not being recieved correctly, the thermostat is the brain, and one more thing, you are on the right track, because a progamable thermostat can save you a lot of money especiall if you're gone a lot.
