Sometimes the structure of the crane is built onto using the crane itself, building itself into a box. Then the crane lifts itself to the higher level. This can be done many times.
Q:Do cranes play major role in Japanese culture? How so? Do cranes live in Japan?
yea, i think there was this japanese girl, and she was exposed to radiation from that bomb in Hiroshima (i think) so she ended up being diagnosed with cancer and yea, she believed that if she folded enough paper cranes (coz cranes apparently live to very old, so if she could fold 1000 of them, she would live longer), she would get better... so she kept folding them until she died.. TT___TT such a sad story... So now the crane represents peace! yea.. thats all i remember... ^^

Q:what is the manfacturing process of crane?
There are so many kinds of cranes that you need to pick one to get any kind of good answer - the tall T shaped cranes are simply welded up from tubing and barstock into modular sections that will fit on a semi trailer and be hauled to the site. Their structure shows in the photos. A boom crane with telescoping boom has to be made up of welded tube sections with bearings and hydraulic pistons inside and out. And of course, the base of a moveable crane adds a whole series of complications.
Q:What is the breeding season of cranes?
Mid-April to mid-June is breeding season for Florida Sandhill cranes lasts from December-June. For most other cranes, like those here in the midwestern U.S., the breeding season is March and April. I'm fortunate enough to live not too far from the Jasper Pulaski Fish and Wildlife Area where the Sandhill Cranes migrate every spring and fall. I always go to see this spectacular event.
Q:what are the materials and steps for making an electromagnetic crane?
I am assuming you mean a low power, miniature crane. You will want to wrap a iron object (a nail should work for light objects) in electrical wiring, the more times the better. Make sure you have a long length of wire after wrapping it around the iron object. Now, attach a rope to the iron object, this will be used to raise and lower it. The length of the rope has to be less than the length of the wires. Now, inside the crane have a battery. The stronger the battery, the stronger the electromagnet. Now, after connecting one of the wires to the battery, connect another one to a switch, then connect then switch with more wiring to the battery. This will turn the crane's claw on and off. The next part is up to you. If you want to be able to raise and lower the magnet, attach the rope to an axel and spin the axel to raise or lower the magnet. If you want to turn the crane, you need to place the arm on a swivel axis. Finally, to bring the magnet closer or farther, you will need a way to raise the arm, bringing the tip of the arm closer to above the center of the crane. I suggest you google some picture of cranes to understand this better.
Q:What are the forces acting on a car being picked up by a crane?
Gravity acts downwards, force = mass x acceleration. Crane acts upwards at same force. As the crane starts to lift the car there is upwards acceleration that causes more force to be generated for a moment.
Q:How do those cranes that build skyscrapers that go up with the building get back down after it's completed?
The top sections of the mast beneath the crane are removed one at a time and lowered to the ground. The top section of the crane has hydraulic rams that lower it down one mast section at a time. It is hard to describe without a diagram or photos. See photos at attached link. In some design, the jacking portion is at ground level. The crane jacks itself up so a 20' section of the mast can be unbolted and slide out. Then the jack is lowered so the process can be repeated. The western population is primarily threatened by hunting whereas the eastern population is at risk from loss of wetland habitat.
