- Q:I just bought a YUDU. Instead of heat setting the ink by ironing, I was told to get a heat press, it would be faster and easier.
- no, a steam press and heat press are different. heat press is ultra high temp heat - no steam. ironing can still be used with the yudu....but the quality level will be well magnified with a heat press. the designs will hold 10x longer than ironing. you can find some good deals OKorder.

- ive seen this also either i ask pros for help to see if this is safe or correct but if not in their presence i try it out and if i feel like its doing more work and isnt hurting me i incorporate it in my workouts another good chest isolator is weighted push ups its a lot more work than just benching b/c its at least 50 percent your body weight plus the weight on your back even if your benching more than your body weight you'll see the difference between them when doing it also incline or handstand push ups puts 60 to 100 percent of body weight on your arms back and chest super good work out also military press jumping jacks do wonders for your chest you just have to make sure even when jumping you keep correct form here is one of my little circuits i do to tone lift build strength for a whole body but also your mirror muscles abs,chest,back,ect will get much love from this dead lift 1 rep then weight back to floor to power clean straight to military press jumping jack about 5 reps to shoulder squat 5 reps back to floor then repeat of course with heavy weight you might chop this down to fewer reps, as well as if you choose lighter weight you might do more reps
- Q:what is the minimum amount of weight that a 6 foot tall, 160 pound 14 year old boy should be able to bench press?
- What do you mean by minimum? The minimum to avoid being made fun of? The minimum to be considered strong? I would say a beginning goal of a healthy young man would be to do their body weight, so 160 pounds. When I first started bench pressing at around 15 years old, I think I weighed about 150 and ended up doing around 180-185 at the end of the school year. I was naturally strong though, so that may have been above average. Keep working hard and challenging your muscles, and you'll be worrying about maximums instead of minimums!
- Q:Im making meringue for a back sale and dont want to use a frosting bag. I know i can make meringue with a frosting press but its more expensive than a cookie press. And im more in need of a cookie press considering i have frosting bags and tips.Can i use it and have them still turn out great?
- Frosting press? Cookie press? For meringue? No. Not necessary. Take really big glops of meringue out of the bowl with a spatula, and set it on your pie in 3 or four sections, and carefully redistribute the meringue until smooth. Take a tablespoon and make the peaks with the back of it, or swirl with your spatula. Meringue is very delicate, being mostly air if you press it out, you will lose the air.
- Q:I am a little over 21 weeks pregnant and just recently felt the baby move on the outside of my belly pretty good...acutally starting on Friday we could feel the baby kick or move on the outside if I pressed in the area I felt the baby move. I find myself pressing down, not hard, more often trying to feel the baby move...am I doing any harm? I know this sounds like a dumb question but I am worried now because I haven't felt the baby move as much yesterday and into today and I am afraid now that someone is wrong. Help! - You're not causing any harm to the baby! I do that too, and it's not harmful at all. Remember that the baby is surrounded by amniotic fluid and your uterus, so it's got a few layers of padding protecting it. Also, the doctor presses down when feeling the baby, and doesn't cause any harm! The only thing I'll warn you about is this: it doesn't always work, so don't freak out when it doesn't. It used to work for me all the time, and then around 28 weeks or so, the baby must have shifted position or something and didn't react the same way when I pressed down, and I totally freaked. My doctor reassured me that it was just a change in position, and I still feel my baby move, but the kid still doesn't react like it used to to me pressing my abdomen. The other thing to keep in mind is, you don't have to worry about irregular baby movements until you reach the third trimester. Then, you need to do kick counts and pay attention to the baby's movement patterns, and if the baby doesn't move for a while, it's a cause for concern. But up until then, just enjoy the movements when you do feel them, and don't worry when you don't! Good luck!
