- You need to use a good quality water based foam leather cleaner. DO NOT use anything containing oils, waxes or silicones. (Most 'conditioners' contain waxes or oils) and furniture polish contains silicones BABY WIPES are the worst thing you can use as they will destroy the finish on your leather. They are very strong alkiline cleaners to neutralise urine (acid) on babys skin so they are not the right thing to use on leather. Saddle soap is too harsh to use on todays furniture. A lot of leather wipes contain chemicals which will also destroy the finish or leave residues on the leather which will damage it.

- I'm not a carpenter, but I'm pretty sure you cannot take the frame off the door. If it doesn't fit with the door removed, I would see about returning the sofa, assuming you haven't unwrapped it.
- Q:My power keeps flickering out every once in a while so I lit a candle just in case, and I accidentally spilt wax onto the cushion. I can't get it out. I tried scraping it off, vaccuming it, and I tried the ice thing I read that got it out of other people's carpets and junk.The sofa is made of this soft velvety junk and the wax is like soaked into it or something. I can't even just turn the cushion over. Other people of Answers said use an iron, but there's no iron in our house. Does anyone have any other ideas?Please help! My mother will come home tomorrow afternoon and kill me! Thanks!
- Reheating the wax is the only way to get it out...get a brown paper bag and a curling iron or something that gets hot. Lay the paper bag (only one layer) on the sofa and rub the hot surface over the bag. Be careful not to move the bag side to side it will just spread pull it up when your done. Try asking a neighbor to borrow their iron. Good Luck!
- Q:The sofa is an orangey-brown, just about two years old. The covers do not come off the cushions, so putting it in the wash machine is not an option. I tried a carpet cleaner, which seemed to work okay, but you can still see the faint outline of the stain. Is there anything else I can use?
- There is one of 2 products things you can try, the first product is named: Awesome, it removes anything, spray it on, scrub it with a brush, the stain is gone! Or you can use hand cleaner that is used for removing car grease. You can buy it at an auto parts, but it will leave a smell, I say Awesome is best, removes everything, no residue.

- Futon's are not comfortable... I know from experience especially if you plan on using it everyday after a short while... ouch on your back. Hide-a-bed... hmmmm. Ugly looking I think. I like sofa beds. Multi purpose. Your sheets and duvet hide-a-way and when you have guests they just can't see all your bedding business. Definately sofa bed!

- OMG would take all of 5 mins as a Joann's find a piece of material you like, tell the person how big your sofa is they will assist you to cut a big enough piece to cover the entire sofa like a sheet. Don't turn it into a slip cover just use it like a sheet enjoy! Best of luck to us all, ciao. GAH

- DEPENDS WHAT SOFA IT IS! IF ITS LEATHER TYPE IN YOUR QUESTION ON GOOGLE, THIS IS JUST FOR NORMAL COACHE (how ever spelt) I dnt know about this so reasearch it some more I don't wan't you to ruin your sofa :) read on :) Mix BAKING SODA, HYDROGEN PEROXIDE, and ANTIBACTERIAL LISTERINE (mint). Next, I used a bristled brush to really rub the mixture into the sofa. I let it dry overnight and vacuumed the next day. Granted, the sofa is off-white, so the paste did not stain. Finally. I sprayed FABREZE on the area just for good measure. It passed my sensitive nose test! Good luck!!!!!! It is not fun to deal with!
