Q:I‘m currently 36 weeks pregnant with low iron (supposed to be improving them by the 1st feb). I got a cold the day after i got the iron results, will the cold effect my iron levels?
No, low iron is caused by bleeding or not eating enough iron in your diet. Low iron is fairly common during pregnancy, especially among women who don't eat very much red meat. By supplying blood to your fetus you are depleting the blood supply for yourself. Your bones need to make more blood cells and blood takes iron to make. An iron supplement, say, in a daily multi-vitamin for instance, should do the trick. Of course, consult your physician before taking any of my advice.
Q:what do you think about chi irons
they work great for a wile. until they break. they break easily. trust me ive had thm. most ppl usually choose between the chi the solia and the sedu. wile all r great the sedus is the best. and its not just endorsed bcuz of celebrity crap. i have it and so does my frend. my othr frend has a solia. and the frend wit the sedu used to have the chi and lol i used it all the time. then it broke and she bought a sedu which YAY has a 2 yr warranty. lol. ive onli just gotton it and it works great!! my frends had it for a wile tho now and its still strong and ive heard of ppl whove had it for 4 years. and the solias ok but the sedus better. on my hair i onli have 2 go down once and my hair stays straight up until the next time i wash it. so the chis OK but sedu is way better. 1sedu 2chi 3solia
Q:so i had coco wheats this morning and it has 90 percent of the daily iron needed in it and i ate other stuff with iron in it so if i go past 100 percent of the daily value can i overdose?
It's possible to overdose literally anything, but it takes a lot to overdose on something like iron. You're probably fine. It's more common for people to not get enough iron. I would only be worried if you took a lot of vitamins that have iron in them.
Q:The following have all been scratched to expose the iron.1. An iron strip coated in plastic2.An iron strip coated in zinc3. An iron strip coated in tin4. An iron strip coated in paintAll are in a salt solution - which would rust quickly?
thomas is wrong. iron + tin will rust quickly. it is due to the reason that iron is more reactive than tin and when tin react with salt,it also gets displaced by iron as iron is more reactive. and plastic is a stable compound,so it will not react.same is for paint.and zinc is more reactive than iron.so zinc will displace iron form its compound made by reaction of salt and ironso it will not rust, thus,,,,most reactive is iron +tin any other problem dude?
Q:been taking iron supplements individual for a couple years now and read some where that multivitamins that contain iron, zinc, potassium can stain teeth? never heard of such a thing. but mostly liquid iron?thanks
Yes iron can stain not only teeth, but also skin. This is usual when iron is introduced in liquid form. Orally (that's why it is needed to be taken in straw with your juice) to prevent staining and hasten up it's action. Injectables(z-track method is necessary to have a skin lock and prevent iron from pouring out and cause stain). But when you take iron in capsules, you don't neet to worry at all because it's encapsulated.
Q:can i iron a silk tie?
iron it on a low setting and if you want put a tissue over it and then iron it! :)
Q:anymore? what are most of the iron products?
Most iron is converted to steel. Iron is usually too britttle and less consistent (less homogeneous) than steel for use in most applications. The other common uses of iron are cast iron for engine blocks and ductile iron for water and sewer piping. It is less prone to rusting than steel when installed in the ground although protective coatings will extend the useful life. Iron is also used in other industrial applications which would not be familiar to most consumers- pump volutes and blower housings. Iron is not used for wire because iron wire would not be bendable or shapeable. It is brittle and would most likely break during the installation.
Q:Fierro means iron in spanish?Does fierro mean iron in spanish? I grew up calling it fierro as a kidtex mex spanglish uses this
fierro and hierro both mean 'iron'. Actually, 'fierro' is an older version of 'hierro' (many words that in Old Spanish had F, in modern Spanish start with H), that has not become extinct. Both have almost the same uses, specially when referring to tools or items made of that material (una olla de fierro/hierro; fierro/hierro fundido). But 'fierro' has several specifics meanings, more colloquial. And 'hierro' is the only one used when talking about the raw mineral and the chemical element: una mina de hierro (not de fierro) an iron mine; átomos de hierro (iron atoms).
Q:When you put curls in your hair with a flat iron, do they hold better all day compared to curls made with a curling iron?Or is there really no difference?
Recessed lights come in two types insulation contact and non insulation contact. as far as the junction boxes, no need to worry. just cover everything. Don't forget to use insulation baffles at the eaves, so that proper ventilation is maintained.
Q:Currently I‘m playing Titleist DCI 962 Irons which are around 10 years old and have been heavily used. I know blade iron technology hasn‘t advanced much but would I lose any distance using these iron compared to a new set of very similar irons?
I can see your logic, but I don't think you'll lose that much distance; probably five yards max. If anything, I think it'll be better to keep your current set than re-adjust to new irons.
