Introduction

CWF Rotor Constant Coal Feeding Control System integrates the functions of traditional constant coal feeding, metering and air locking into one device. It's specially used for constant coal feeding by pneumatic conveying pulverized coal. It is especially suitable for constant coal feeding of industrial kilns in cement, building materials, metallurgy and power industries. The device was awarded the second prize in technical development of 2011 “Huaxin Cup” China National Building Materials Industry Technical Innovation Award and was honorably named as “Top Brand Product” in Chinese Building Materials Machinery Industry.

Characteristics

1. It directly measures material weight inside the rotor, whose metering accuracy is accurate and will not be influenced by material property, air flow and material flow properties.

2. The device and the coal-conveying Roots fan we offered is the whole system which leaves out the air-lock device such as the screw pump. The pressure variation of Roots fan will not influence the coal feeding amount and metering accuracy, which is good to stabilize the kiln thermal regulation, lengthen the refractory brick life, reduce energy consumption and improve clinker quality.

3. It combines discharging by gravity and injection by compressed air (eliminating the negative pressure), which could eliminate effectively the influence of bin pressure and avoid material surging. The air injection device could avoid pulverized coal arching and blockage to make the pulverized coal always under loose condition, with a certain density.

4. It adopts the predictive control technology, which saves in the control system the rotor load and its angular displacement at any time. Before the pulverized coal is discharged, the rotor load has been known. The angular speed during material discharging is calculated on the basis of the system set flow rate and rotor load. In controlling the speed of frequency variable motor, we can realize quantitative coal feeding.

5. Special alloy is used for rotor, sealing plate and discharging head to ensure the equipment service life.

6. The three functions such as pulverized coal quantitative feeding, metering and air locking are integrated in one. It is characterized with compact structure and small space, thus reducing infrastructure investment. The mechanical structure is simple, with easy maintenance, which doesn't need special tools or hoisting device.
